Millions of dollars WASTED by Law Enforcement taunting poor people in the Bayview
Millions of dollars are spent by the City and County of San Francisco, by Law Enforcement (LE) trying their best to stop innocent people mostly of color and making life - a living hell for innocent constituents in the Bayview Hunters Point.This has been going for months. I am sure millions of dollars are spent on this operation with the blessing of Mayor Gavin Newsom. Also, Sophie Maxwell who is Black but a sell out and Uncle Tom. If this was done in any other neighborhood - there would be a hue and cry.
You see some fat ass Law Enforcement (LE) mostly White and on motorcycles and others in partrol cars - going in circles and intimidating poor innocent folks in the Bayview Hunters Point.
If they spot a car driven by some one young they will stop the person and intimidate them. If you drive a car that is new and you are Black or of color - the scum bags will stop you.
Most people that live in Public Housing up on the hill do not have access to a Super Market or a decent place to do every day shopping.
In order to purchase every day needs - some one has to drive or take the bus to do the shopping. If the scum bags find you driving to purchase your needs on 3rd Street - they will stop you and intimidate you.
Again and again and again these scum bags VIOLATE your rights.
These are the cases and people that the LE love intimidating.
Stopping innocent people and asking them silly questions. What is in those bags? Do you have a driver's license? How old are you? Do you own this car? What are these people doing in your car? What are you doing on 3rd Street? And so on and so forth.
It is ridiculous that folks that live near their homes cannot freely move - during the day. Now, imagine if these scum bags stop you at night?
I have seen this happening again and again over the last 9 months - but it is getting worse every day during the last 3 months.
The fat slobs on the motorcycles and some in cars - have a dirty SMIRK on their faces and you can see the EVIL in their eyes.
It is as if they are on a mission to move a huge segment of the population - away from their homes and into oblivion. These suckers are on a mission. Some one is behind this PLOY and some one is spending millions to do the job.
The Black POOOR Leadership the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Al Williams, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, Angelo King, Linda Richarson, Toye Moses, Bobbie Brown, - mostly House Negros - could not care less and seem not to have spoken out.
THEY KNOW ABOUT THIS INTIMIDATION BUT SEEM NOT TO CARE ABOUT IT.
Innocent children are intimidated and this make the children and youth angry. They are made to feel like second class citizens.
This land was stolen from the Ohlone. White crroks better know this - so they are really not welcome to this land and if they are here - they better behave like normal human beings. Enough is Enough.
The children have no place to play. No place decent to go to recreate. The YMCA and some other few places - place restrictions and demand money.
The Joseph Lee Gym is torn down and is standing there for Sophie to give her signal. It was demolished during Summer - just when the youth needed it most.
Up on the hill on Kiska Road two Gyms have been torn down - so that no one can use them. The signs say that it will be fixed - but if you observe carefully - no construction is going on.
When all these facilties are been torn and the youth intimidated some House Negros are very concerned about Lennar BVHP LLC and the 49 ers leaving San Francisco.
The 49ers play but 8 games during a year and have given next to nothing to the local youth.
Both the Gilman Park in the shadow of Candlestick Park and the Bayview/K.C. Park are deplorable. Using these playing field cause injuries. Team like the Brown Bombers and others use the playing fields with caution because they have no other place to go - and need any play grounds - to serve the youth.
City Attorney, Dennis Herrera does not care to address Quality of Life issues and other pertinent issues that would help the youth.
He has chosen to focus on youth that need help by intimidating them - and has diverted his resources to target youth that have NOT been given opportunities in years.
He is using the legal system to intimidate innocent youth.
Most folks if sent a legal notice to appear in court - especially if they have NOT done anything will NOT response to a legal notice. Most people of color do not have the legal system figured out as Whites do.
There is no Justice in our system as far as people of color are concerned. This has been argued by the best minds again and again. Our City Attorney is dumb and his stupid actions with the injunctions - will fail.
The first time some youth were served NUISANCE notices to appear in court by our SMART ASS City Attorney, Dennis Herrera they did not appear in court.
The City Attorney was suing some youth - pretending they were a business and trying some smart ass techniques for the first time in San Francisco. He was doing this in a poor neighborhood.
Let him try doing this in Pacific Heights - worse crimes take place over there and in other neighborhoods too in San Francisco. Dennis Herrera is a nuisance but does not understand that.
Spending millions without tax payers' consent fighting same sex marriages that is the concern of State Law. Fighting PG&E and losing time and time again. Wasting time trying to give SF Public Utilities Commission 7 City lawyers - when such positions were not appropriated. SFPUC and Susan Leal is a joke.
Once the community understood what the scum bag was about they got behind the youth and now the youth have represenatation linked to the false injunction.
Dennis Herrera has time to go on Channel 2 and speak against the youth - as if he is doing something great for this City and County of San Francisco.
He is doing the opposite. The City Attorney's Office is wasting millions of dollars and will fail with the people and with this Nuisance Case mostly against Black youth.
The fat slobs that ride in their motor bikes trying to intimidate innocent youth and innocent constituents will fail too.

The City and Lennar spent millions of dollars to bring in a concept without the COMMUNITY having a MEANINGFUL DIALOG - the result the 49ers are out for good.
The City and County of San Francisco even had a special Board of Supervisors' Meeting to garner facts about a plan that was in the making for over a year. The City and Lennar took 2 hours to explain their diatribe and bored the listeners.
The 49ers came to the table and a guy Larry McNeil who has been hired by the 49ers shot down all the Mickey Mouse plans - in just 4 minutes.
Our City has all the time to waste and all the millions to spent on nonsense.
The people who live in the area in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - where these stupid plans were going to be executed were not consulted. One plan proposed to spent $200 million to take fans from a hub and parking lot to the stadium.
Over $800 million plus was going to be spent. Part of the plan - to demolish Alice Griffith and send the poor people packing. The same with Oakdale Public Housing. It is a crime in the year 2006 to try the tactics of Hitler.
The City and County of San Francisco is doing this with intent.
Backing the City Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi. The Shoreinsteins, Blums, Fishers aided by Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, Micheal Cohen - other nasty, mean, greedy, Hitler like Goons - care less about innocent, poor people and more about GREED.
Dennis Herrera is a NUISANCE and more his office. He should be spending time addressing Quality of Life issues:
1. Clean the over 500 hot spots all over Bayview Hunters Point.
2. Mitigate the air, land, and water pollution - such as found at Yosemite Slough.
3. Abate the Asbestos particles that have been killing our youth on Kiska Road and beyond.
4. Take on Lennar BVHP LLC for violating the many rules and City regulations on Parcel A.
5. Mandating the Precautionary Principle that safe guards harm to all living beings.
6. Providing opportunities for good jobs and opportunities to better life in the Bayview Hunters
Point.
7. Investigation Health and Safety and providing ammenities to the poor in the area that has
been neglected for years by the City and County of San Francisco.
8. Providing good school facilities and looking into detrimental busing of children and other
ploys.
9. Targeting LE and other politicians that have been exploiting the constituents.
10. Stopping the placement of the proposed 3 Combustion Turbines by Pier 80 and closer
to the Bayview.
11. Inviting the Center for Disease Control to come investigated the SF Health Department
and its poor role in the Southeast Sector.
12. Do something about good housing and investigate the poor material used in the present
housing. Factors like fungi and other factors that kill our children slowly.
13. Address the constant bombardment of radiological elements from the Hunters Point
Naval Shipyard - that affect the constituents living near by.
14. Investigate the SF Redevelopment Agency.
15. Support the 33,200 signature that were collected by San Franciscans against the Project
Area in the Bayview Hunters Point and against SF Redevelopment Agency.
The above are just some issues that could help the City Attorney and his scatter brain attorneys who are looking to make trouble and less bring about solutions in the City and County of San Francisco.
