Lennar cannot continue to HOODWINK San Franciscans all the time.

The Main Media has failed to do good job while investigating what really has been happening at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is a SUPERFUND site. Only the worst of the worst sites that are very toxic are deemed a Superfund Site.

The U.S. Navy has failed in its obligations to clean up the parcels on Hunters Point Shipyard.

Over $ 500 million have been spent pretending to clean up the Shipyard since the year 1999.

One company International Technologies wasted millions and other sub-contractors continue to waste millions.

Some local truckers have made some money. Bread crumbs compared to the millions that others have made - pretending to clean up the Hunters Point Shipyard.

Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein two were crooked politicians worked very hard to convey Parcel A the only parcel that has been conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco.

Parcel A is not cleaned but the City and County of San Francisco and folks like Michael Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, Willie L. Brown - all thought they could speed the development of the Shipyard.

Parcel B, C, D, E, and F under the Bay all need clean up.

You cannot develop anything on the Shipyard unless you clean up all of it. This fact was put before all San Franciscans - Proposition P and over 87% percent of the people declared that they want the Shipyard cleaned to Residential Standards.

To date this has not been done. The City of San Francisco has chosen to force the Navy to convey Parcel A so that some vested interests can make money by building homes on toxic land.

The City Attorney, Dennis Herrera has chosen NOT to safeguard the constituents of San Francisco. He has chosen to target poor peope and youth - he has been working actively to depeople a population very near Parcel A - the Oakdale Public Housing.

November 21, 2006 the San Francisco Redevelopment Commission voted to force Lennar BVHP LLC to stop its operation on Parcel A.

This fact has NOT been reported by the Main Media. The Main Media - has not taken the time to do any investigative reporting.

Lennar has permitted its sub-contractors to bombard innocent citizens time and time again by not controlling Asbestos Dust.

Serpentine Rock that occurs naturally on the base - when broken to pieces and crushed to dust can be very harmful.

The dust can be controlled by watering but this has not been done. Lennar has chosen to defy Regulatory Agencies. This arrogance will turn the people against them - they will be force to leave the area.

Lennar has been issued Notice of Violation many times.

The paradox is that the Navy issued Notice of Violation (NOV) 5 times.

At other times the SF Health Department, the Bay Area Air Quality Management, the Department of Toxic and Substance Control, others have notified Lennar BVHP LLC about their actions that have ADVERSELY IMPACTED innocent constituents living around Parcel A.

Mayor Gavin Newsom, Jessie Blout, Marcia Rosen, Michael Cohen, Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi are fully aware about the adverse impacted inflicted on the innocent constituents by have done nothing.

People continue to vote for these crooked representatives - Nancy and Diane.

These two are as fake as the two inch make up they wear. They have done NOTHING for the people living around the Hunters Point Shipyard.

The 49ers too had to deal with a Environmental Impact Report (EIR).

The 49ers did not want to face liability. The really do not want to deal with the toxic sites surrounding Candlestick Park aka Monsters Park.

Bottom line no one should live in the homes that Lennar wants to build. People that live there will die slowly - exposed to the radiation and other very harzardous material.
