49ers are moving out and Sophie Maxwell wants the City family to sit and talk

The 49ers are leaving San Franicisco and the sooner they do it the better.

San Francisco has been so slow to gather the constiutents and bring about a consensus - state what is the good, bad, and the ugly.

One cannot pity ideas without any input from the constituents living in and around Monster Park better known to the world as Candlestick Park. Constantly, idiots from City Hall making decisions for people living in and around Candlestick Park aka Monster Park.

My cousins round the world still remember the Beatles playing at Candlestick Park!

The 49ers are doing bad as a team. It is time the 49ers start fresh and start somewhere else.

The area around Monster Park is polluted.

This time around any construction of a bigger magnitude will demand a through Environmental Impact Report or Study. It will cost millions to mitigate and abate - the 49ers do not have that kind of money.

The pollution stiuation around Monster Park - the very polluted Yosemite Slough with a very high percentage of PCBs, Lead, Mercury, and 40 other plus dangerous toxins is not condusive to a healthy surrounding.

Any one could file a Class Action Suit and win big time.

The nearby Hunters Point Shipyard Parcels B, C, D, E, and F under the Bay is all very polluted. Parcel E has a very high percentage of radiological elements and will cost over 2 Billion dollars to clean up. Of course Gavin Newsom and Sophie Maxwell want to cap this area.

Arc Ecology gets $386,000 to do some outreach paid by SF Redevelopment Agency. Arc Ecology compares Parcel E to Crissy Field. Yosemite Slough to Crissy Field.

The 49ers are well informed and do not want to deal with Insurance Companies and High Liabilities.

Arc Ecology is good friends of Sophie Maxwell - Arc Ecology is led by Saul Bloom aka David Saleman. Saul lives in Marin County but knows a lot about the Bayview Hunters Point - or so he thinks so.

The 49ers do not want to have anything to do with Lennar BVHP LLC.

Dr. John York is smart and one thinks he has learned from past mistakes - he does not want another New Orleans episode to tarnish the some what stained name of the 49ers.

Eddie did some damage with his corruption moves - Dr. John York prefers to have his surgical room clean.

San Francisco, cannot make progress with stupid leaders like Gavin Newsom and Sophie Maxwell.

Find out if Maxwell passed her initial exam as an Electrician in San Francisco? Then find out if it is true she had to go all the way to Oakland to pass this initial exam that gave her an entry to work as a Electrician?

Maxwell has partnered with the White Potrero crowd and played down the public where she lives in the Bayview - Sophie lives on Jerrold Street off 3rd Street not far from the KFC.

She does not hang around the KFC for sure becuase she is Vegetarian. She learned that from living mostly in the Haight Ashbury area. She came to the Bayview some 12 years ago and thinks she know a lot.

Sophie may be affected by the Phleps Raw Sewage Plant - living down wind she has to smell that stench day in and day out. May be that is really what affects her thinking?

Gavin Newsom thinks he can work against the people around Monster Park and win their confidence anyway. Ploys like Communities of Opportunity (COO) will not work. One cannot fool all the people all the time.

Gavin and Dennis Herrera are behind the recent Injunctions invoking Homeland Security and calling our youth mostly of color - " Urban Terrorists ". These youth live near Candlestick Park - most of them were born close to the stadium. Today, they are NOT park of the equation but considered the "enemy".

Dennis Herrera wants a Permanent Injuntion against the Oakdale Youth what the Judge gave him was a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). A slap on the face but Dennis will act as if it is fine - time will tell.

Gavin Newsom could bend backwards trying to work illegally with the 49ers. Alex Tourk even used the Mayor's Office for a fake promotional skit that back fired.

Let the 49ers go and start clean some where in the Bay Area.

The area around Monster Park has not progressed but adversely affected - traffic, pollution, vandalism, lack of parking, and a host of nuisance cases errupt from all the 49er games in and around the Candlestick Stadium aka Monster Park.

Near by residents are fed up. Go 49ers Go! Go 49ers Go - Go far way!

San Francisco requires good leadership. Leading the pack of fake leaders Sophie Maxwell and the lame duck Gavin Newsom.

Take one look at the playgrounds in the shadow of the Candlestick Park.

What have the 49ers done for us but taken us every year to the cleaners. What has Recreation and Park done for us and the youth - but heaped insults and bad playgrounds and facilities. Enough is Enough!

Good luck and may the 49ers leave us - the sooner the better - good riddance of very bad rubbish.
