San Francisco and Incarceration of our youth - where are our LEADERS on this?

Our City Attorney Dennis Herrera and Mayor Gavin Newsom have met many times behind close doors to target youth in our communities in San Francisco - especially youth that live in Public Housing.

Our Mayor Gavin Newsom and City Attorney Dennis Herrera have no clue what true Justice is when it comes to our youth.

If they had some clue it would not be possible in this so called civilized City to round up over 30 youth from Oakdale and throw them into the Juvenile System and NOT inform the Youth Commissioners when a meeting was held after this fact.

We have the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice with Allen Nance taking leads from Mayor Gavin Newsom like any Uncle Tom and doing all the wrong things to adversely impact our youth.

We have the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce with Jesse Blout doing all in his power to adversely impact youth of color in Public Housing and all over San Francisco.

Take one look at his office and you can guage for yourself the Racism that prevails in this den that needs to be investigated - this office is interested more in issues that are mundane but less in our youth - especially youth of color in San Francisco.

This office will spend millions to bring the Olympics to San Francisco and that too next to Oakdale but in the interim - treat the youth of color that live next to Monster Park like dirt. We will not take this nonsense anymore.

White folks think they can do as they please and they have done this before - but, now the time has come to take matters into our hand and we will not tolerate nonsense.

The thugs that work for Mayor Gavin Newsom think they have it under controll - folks like Sophina Maxwell, Dwayne Jones, Al Williams, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, and a host of other Blacks that have sold out the community in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The judge was right when he saw through the City Attorney and order a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the innocent youth that live mostly at Oakdale Public Housing in San Francisco. The City Attorney wanted an Injunction - he got a slap on his dirty lying face.

Our City has not treated our youth that have made some mistakes with compassion and less with the caring they need - since they are young and many young folks do make mistakes.

Our City has no clue linked to the damage they have done to our youth.

I have gone out of my way to interview hundreds of youth - some individuals and other belonging to Youth Organizations and they agree with me - this City does not care what the Youth have to say.

I have been following the work of leaders like Mitch Salzar, John Nauer, Rudy Corpuz, Daniel Landry, Renee Saucedo, Roberto Vargas, hundreds more that just work for our youth - unlike the crooks that take money from the City, many Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and screw our youth - over and over again.

I have gone before the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families and told them our youth hurt. I have explained to them that 25% of the population in the Southeast Sector are youth and they get little in terms of services and help.

I have gone before the SF Board of Supervisors and told them so. I have gone before the Select Committee of Guns and Violence and told them so. I have stated this at numerous forums that have been televised.

Our City has not taken the time to listen to our youth. I have taken time to listen to our youth. Our youth make more sense. Our City Attorney has spoken to me and makes no sense. Our Mayor, Gavin Newsom talks the talks but cannot walk the walk.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has done more harm to the youth of color then any other Mayor that has set his or her foot in Room 200 at City Hall.

There is NOT one single comprehensive document linked to Health and Safety and our youth that live in Public Housing.

The SF Health Department is not doing its job. It has a $1 billion dollar budget - yest One Billion Dollars. Our SF City have a $5.7 Billion dollar budget and does little for those that live around Oakdale and other Public Housing.

Many youth have come from Public Housing to become great leaders, professionals, and contribute to this City and County of San Francisco.

Our City in the last 10 years has turned its back and screwed the residents of Public Housing.

Then, turned on folks that really need help like youth and screwed them them over, and over again. This nonsense must stop - now.

This stupid injunction that the City Attorney tried to pull a fast one will die.

San Francisco will NOT stand by and allow this nonsense to go on and hundreds of innocent folks harmed because of lack of representation. This will NOT happen in San Francisco.

The Main Media still has not come to grips with reality. It continues to tout the line of the Mayor and his lies - fails to do investigative reporting. This Injuction on the youth of Oakdale must be reported and the truth has to be told.

We want the lawyers out there to come to the aid of those that need help. The Bar Association, professors of Law Colleges and Universities, the University of San Francisco, Hasting Law College - this INJUNCTION nonsense must stop.

The ACLU has taken some lead but others must come to their rescue. Kudos, to Attorney Damone Hale.

This land belongs to the Muwekma Ohlone. It was stolen from them. Throughout the years thugs have used laws to lynch others and kill others. Now, some thugs cannot do that in today's world but have chosen INJUNCTIONS clouded with ploys many dubious in nature and not just.

We have more Racists today - the likes of Mayor Gavin Newsom and Dennis Herrera then we had in yester years.

Dennis Herrera will spend more time trying to place 3 small power plants or Combustion Trubines (CTs) at Pier 80 near Bayview. CTs that pollute and will kill our babies.

Dennis Herrera will spend more time fighting Pacific Gas and Electric and lose. His foolishness cost the City millions of dollars and all footed by the tax payers.

Dennis Herrera will take on the State Legislators on Same Sex Marriage and lose. Millions of dollars spent on this issue.

Dennis Herrera has no clue when it comes to Public Records and City attorneys that work under him are confused and give the Clerk of the Board - wrong advice. Prompt her with misinformation.

Now, Dennis Herrera has crossed the line and taken on youth with Injunctions that have their roots and backing and linked to Homeland Security.

Well, in San Francisco that will NOT fly. Our youth will be protected from the THUGS that now controll City Hall in the short run.
