hivers (as well as mmjers) are supposed to receive forms in in mail to re-apply
for medicare part d coverage, and it does not matter that the coverge is in place
already. we must re-apply from scratch.

all part d low-income assistees who have “extra help” already in place will have
to reapply for coverage currently by december 8th, 2006, in order for uninterruped
coverage past january 1, 2007.

it is clear that medical cannabis is here to stay, but your agents continue to
arrest and prosecute patients and providers. this is a terrible injustice and a
waste of dea resources. patients and advocates are protesting today in hopes of
persuasing you and your agents to stop arresting patients and providers in
california. instead, we urge you to cooperate with local jurisdictions in
regulating collectives and cooperatives to protect patients and the community.
