Get the Scoop on Sustainability
A fundraiser for Sustainable Fairfax featuring Andres Edwards, Author of Sustainability Revolution and ice cream from Fairfax Scoop.

Dear Friends,
You are invited to step into the future and support Sustainable Fairfax in the opening of a community Sustainability Center, our site in downtown Fairfax that will be a demonstration of best practices inside and outside your home and a hub for local action. Did you know that Sustainable Fairfax has successfully begun a transformation of our Sustainable Backyard? Come learn more about us! Come support our efforts and find out how you can be involved! This is a fundraising opportunity and an educational event that will assist our non-profit, volunteer based, resource center to become a reality.

Tuesday, November 14th
7PM-9 PM
Green Fusion 14 Greenfield Ave. San Anselmo

Speakers:
Andres Edwards, author of The Sustainability Revolution, educator and environmental consultant with 15 years of expertise on sustainability. Andres will talk about Sustainability101. He is the founder and president of EduTracks, has been teaching a class at College of Marin on Sustainability and is the co-director of the Center for Regenerative Design at the College of Marin.

Pam Hartwell-Herrero, Executive Director of Sustainable Fairfax will bring you up to date on the goals and plans for the Sustainability Center and tell you how you can become involved.

Please RSVP to pam [at] sustainablefairfax.org. (That way we will know how much ice cream to bring and how many chairs to set up.)

Bring your checkbook, come hang out with your neighbors and leave the kids at home. Light refreshments including Fairfax Scoop ice cream will be served. Admission is free but donations are greatly appreciated. Your donation is tax deductible Sustainable Fairfax is a 501c 3.

Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday, November 14th at Green Fusion.

Special Thanks to Green Fusion, Andres Edwards, Earthsite, and Fairfax Scoop.
