Oakdale Area Next of Navy Road prone to the worst type of pollution by San Francisco

Yesterday, October 30, 2006 Lynne Brown and Michael Boyd filed a Civil Case against the City and County of San Francisco and the City Attorney. Discrimination of the worst order.

Simply, it states about the adverse impacts that the constituents of Oakdale suffer day in and day out. Also the residents in and around Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Only Parcel A has been conveyed to the City. The rest of the parcels B, C, D, E (the worst contaminated) and F the Bay all need to be cleaned up.

It will take 2 Billion dollars - yes BILLION - to clean Parcel E.

Radiological elements a results of the worst type of experiments conducted by the United States Navy for year - during the War effort - have left the whole Shipyard very polluted. It is called a Superfund Site. Only the worst of the worst polluted sites are named Superfund Sites.

Added to that the crushing of Sepentine Rock when crushed creates asbestos friables that harm the innocent people in and around the Oakdale Area. This has been going on for years. The City Attorney of course is NOT aware of this very pertinent fact. He is of other minor infrigements and bug his ass.

Lennar BVHP LLC has been Air Monitoring the area using Air Monitoring Equipment that were fitted with dead batteries. Of course this PLOY failed to record the correct data. They were exposed by the Bay Area Air Quality Management Inspector.

Amy Brownell from the City's Health Department and Environmental Branch head by Dr. Rajiv Bhatia was responsible for the crooked actions. What is the City Attorney doing about this infrigement? People were exposed to some deadly elements leading to slow death.

An inspection by the Bay Area Air Quality Mangement revealed this fact. The City Attorney, the Mayor Gavin Newsom, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Marsha Rosen, the Board of Supervisors especially Sophina Maxwell should have acted on this falsehood, corruption, that adversely was and is impacting the constituents with INTENT to Cheat and Cause great Bodily Harm.

Well. none of this happened until I revealed the fact to Amy Brownell and the authorities that be.
But, this is the tip of the iceberg there is more and this will be revealed in Court.

Behind all this nonsense Lennar BVHP LLC. The Mayor too, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, the Board of Supervisors all of them.

In the interim the City Attorney is playing with fire trying to hoodwink the public and focusing on a small group of of mostly Black Youth that have brought about a truce on their own accord. If one of two of them make some mistakes we just cannot blame everyone.

We have just learned that a SF Police Office went to Thailand and was caught having sex with a minor - an officer named Ramirez. He was caught, jailed, and in jail committed suicide. We just cannot jump on this incident and blame the whole SF Police Department. That would not make sense.

We also cannot now stop everything and give all the Officers in the SFPD some basic sex orientation and other sex sensitivity training. As in any organization there will be some perverts.

We have one or two perverts among the SF Board of Supervisors.

The City Attorney has been wasting millions fighting some actions that border on actions and a life style that favors - perverts. There are other more important matters to be addressed.

This City and County of San Francisco is Racist. Leading the pack Gavin Newsom.

It is Right for any City to safeguard the Health and Safety of the constituents. This has NOT been done at Oakdale by Navy Road. People have been adversely impacted with INTENT.

The Main Press will not report the facts. They will jump on the band wagon to report about some idiotic injunction and bullying some Black Youth that are not organized. Time will tell.

This is the worst type of slavery in the year 2006 aided and abated by Sophina Maxwell, Kamala Harris, Allen Nance of the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. All of them must be cited and sent to jail - for long periods of time.

Our City and its good constituents are kept in the dark.

We have our City's priorities all screwed up and there is no leadership. Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

In fact the City Attorney is busy right now trying his best to place 3 Combustion Turbines or small power plants by Pier 80 and closer to Bayview. These small power plants will be placed on land that is prone to liquefaction if the Big One strikes.

More over daily when they are on they will spew the worst type of particulates or pollutants. The Main Press will say nothing about this fact that impacts Health and Safety.

We should cite and charge our City Officials - and I have named some here - who daily with intent do not do their duty. Daily, with intent they are fully responsible for the slow death of hundreds and thousands over the years in the Hunters Point and Oakdale Area.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a Racist and with intent wants to kick out Black Youth and their families that have suffered because this City - San Francisco has not done its duty to provide Quality of Life elements to its mostly needy constituents all over but mostly in the Oakdale area.
