SF Halloween: Publish Cost Bill

by /
San Francisco's Halloween nightmare consists of 300,000 people invading a small neighborhood until the wee hours of the morning, including many who threaten the personal safety of all attending the event and living in the area, all to the great expense of the San Francisco taxpayers, renters and homeowners, and is a mandate to cancel this event immediately.

For mroe on the explanation of the horrors of this event, see:

For more on what the City is doing, including street closures, lots of police, sheriffs, firefighters, ambulance personnel and their equipment, and portable toilets all of which could easily cost $1 million, see

For the re-routing of our buses and trains, with no timetable given, see:

As was stated in the above attachment, this has nothing to do with the despicable anti-tenant Democratic Party supervisor of that area, Bevan Dufty, who wants this event shut down permanently, and everything to do with how our tax dollars are spent and the personal safety of the people and neighborhoods of the residents of San Francisco, 2/3 of whom are tenants, and thousands of whom desperately need all kinds of social services, as do the 15,000 homeless of San Francisco. I hope anyone who has the cost bill for this event publishes it so we can all see what a profound waste of our tax dollars this worthless event is. If you think this event is so wonderful: (a) you should pay the $1 million bill and (b) you should have 300,000 people in your neighborhood at your expense.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
