Mayor Gavin Newsom today at Burton High School to address City's issues

Mayor Gavin Newsom is coming to town but this time it is Burton High School formely well known as Wilson High School and situated at 400 Mansell by San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco.

The School has brand new Soccer Fields provided by some Private Entities that are working closely with the Mayor and the Recreation and Park Department.

This time the Mayor is coming to an area that going to be affected by the evil designs of SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA).

Not far away the forces that be want to build thousands of homes at the old Schlage Lock Company. The area is very polluted but that does not matter.

SFRA will simply cap the area and build homes. Close by the Caltrain trains will zoom by and even closer the millions of vehicles spewing toxic diesel that the residents will breathe day in and day out and throughout the night.

His speech will touch upon the fact that tourists like San Francisco and that we are there on top of that chart.

But, he will NOT say a word that the Bayview Hunters Point and Visitation Valley does not appear on the Tourist Maps. A fact that mocks the area but an area that has contributed richly to the history of San Francisco.

He will NOT say that tourists are not encouraged to come and visit and see the beauty that is the Bayview Hunters Point, Visitation Valley, and the Portola District. The Racist Mayor will not say a word about all these facts.

Very close up is McClaren Park and the Mayor will not say a word about that.

Jerry Garcia has an Amphitheater named after him. When people come for the first time they are amaazed about the surroundings. Recreation and Park has done little to maintain McClaren Park. Hundreds of trees are clear cut and we call our City the Green City.

Ask Bill Carlin and Franco Mancini these two will tell you lot about the nonsense that Recreation and Park and the Mayor Office - the lack of maintenance and the lack of good planning for this Jewel of a Park - McClaren Park.

McClaren Park has a golf course, tennis courts, a bowl that caters to skating boarding. None of these facilities are well kept. I hope the Mayor has a word how he plans to improve the facilities. Youth often complain to me and I encourage them to write the Mayor.

From time to time there are turf wars between Thurgood High School - once known as Pelton Middle School, then Burton High School, and now Thurgood Marshall.

Wilson is now Burton - and as I said the turf wars are not warranted but the poor administration and bad choices of principals make turf wars common - there was one yesterday that started at Silver Avenue and San Bruno - then was carried over to 3rd Street between Revere and Palou.

The Mayor has chosen to zero on the Oakdale Gang and really speaking more crime is carried on in many other areas.

One has just to count the body bags and elsewhere on an average there are more then 10 and you will be lucky to count one body bag coming from the Oakdale proper area.

This real fact does not count to put hundreds of youth on the Urban Terrorists List and make the corrupt City Attorney Dennis Herrera and Mayor Gavin Newsom - sly smile.

Yet, the Mayor has chosen to permit over 500 names of youth to be put on the Urban Terrorists List. Our Board of Supervisors look the other way - especially the dense Sophina Maxwell.

Will the Mayor talk about his lubricated hair and his newly found damsel - may be, may be not.

The State of the City is worse off today then it was 9 months ago - worse off today then it was one year ago.

As usual the Mayor will talk the talk but he will fail to walk the walk.

Be there today, October 26, 2006 at Burton High School at 1300 hrs or 1 p.m. to see the Mayor make a fool of himself.
