The TRUTH about the Oakdale Gangs and the area in general under seige

City Attorney Dennies Herrera is trying to hoodwink the constituents of San Francisco.

All over San Francisco more White Crimes are committed in White Neighborhoods, where more people are adversely impacted City wide then the Oakdale Area and the so called Oakdale Mob that does not deserve the negative attention the City is trying to potray in the Media and Press.

Dwayne Jones was sent to the Oakdale Area to hoodwink the people of Oakdale.

Dwayne Jones who works for the Mayor directly and once was the Director of the Mayor's Office of Community Development has been trying to penetrated the Oakdale Constituents - by feeding them bread crumbs and trying to win their confidence.

They put him in his place and he is now going to watched vey carefully thanks to Dennis Herrera. Also, the Mayor and the other cronies and ploys that come all over Bayview Hunters Point, Visitation Valley, Portola and the surronding area.

We know how to take care of business.

The City Attorney has ruined it all for everyone. Now, more forces will join against the City and the whole area including Candlestick Park and Monster Park will come under greater scrutiny.

No one can come into anyone's living room and rearrange the furniture. This is not Potrero Hill and Dog Patch where Dennis Herrera lives a fake life.

Gangs are found all over the City. I challenge the City Attorney to do the same in China Town. I challenge the City Attorney to go after the White Collar Thugs that live in Pacific Heights?

The City Attorney is working with the Mayor trying to give the poor WiFi and both of them have failed in this attempt.

The Mayor and the City Attorney is trying to create a project called Communities Of Opportunity. The City will fail becuase its foundation is weak and based on LIES.

No one can look down on any constituency for years and then suddenly appear one day and pretend that they will cure all the ills that the City is responsible for in the first place.

A few hundred feet from Navy Road and bordering the Oakdale Public Housing - Parcel A is filthy and polluted. The worst type of toxic soil - open and dust flying all over the place.

The general area is contaminated with radiological elements. The Atomic experiments linked to the Atomic Bombs and other World War II experiments took place a few hundred feet from this area.

The File-Guard Building contaminated with radiologica elements is being used to store files. Contaminated files are being distributed and handled by thousands because no one know really where they were stored for years.

Let the City Attorney beging to contemplate this scenrio and a class action linked to the File-Guard situation and the thousands that have been exposed by the actions of the File Guard company.

The City should be sued for BILLIONS of dollars and if it was a White Neighborhood that is what would have been done.

I said the City and County of San Francisco should be sued for Billions of Dollars.

People around the Oakdale Area by Navy Road suffer from the worst type of diseases be it cancer or whatever.

Child mortality is at its highest and the San Francisco Health Department and the Mayor is doing nothing. Not only Mayor Gavin Newsom but all the Mayors before him Willie Brown, Art Agnos, Frank Jordon, Diane Feinstein - all of them going back 20 years and more.

It is SAD to see our children in Public Housing treated worse then animals.

All this in San Francisco. On any day anyone can go to this area and see for themselves the worst type of toxic soil on Parcel A - while Lennar BVHP LLC exploits the people. Powders them with asbestos. Powders our children and looks the other way. Now, here is a crime worth taking on the culprits!

City Attorney should sue Lennar but will not - because the Mayor has gone out of his way to work with Lennar the worst developer in the Nation.

It is a shame when the City Attorney is trying to use Homeland Security Law to punish a segment of the population that deserves more understanding and compassion.

The District 10 Supervisor Sophie Maxwell is out of touch with her constituents.

Sophie Maxwell agreed to harm the constituents of Oakdale and she will pay dearly for this mistake. Believe me when I say something because she knows and I know what I am talking about.

The City Attorney has been busy fighting for same sex marriage and is going no where.

The City Attorney has taken on Pacific Gas and Electric and lost again and again.

The City Attorney has been wasting his time trying to bring 3 Combustion Turbines to Pier 80.
Filthy small power plants that will pollute the area. He thinks nothing of it as long as the CTs are closer to Bayview.

The City Attorney can work with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and bring in to bear with all the Local and State Agencis but will fail on this one project with the Oakdale Constituents because the way he has done it - is plain wrong.

On one hand he has Dwayne Jones praising the people and offering Bread Crumbs.

On the other hand he has Homeland Security restricting the movement of innocent youth because no one can touch the gangs - they are NOT as stupid as Sophie Maxwell, the Mayor, Dwayne Jone and the City Attorney.

Crime and Violence has been increasing in this City and it is NOT becuase of the Oakdale gangs.

Take each and every incident and you will see it is the fault of the City and the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. You have an inept Allen Nance and his polices and leadership are next to nil.

Todate, we have over 75 known killings and death and no one knows how to handle this situation.

The Media and Press should give the data and the time and address of the incidents of all these killings. They should be made available in real time on the Internet. This will seal the fate of the City Attorney who is playing with Fire when it comes to real crime and those responsible for these crimes.

You have Mayor Gavin Newsom putting down the SF Police Department.

Calling for a Blue Ribbon Committee - and then nothing comes from it. Now, the Mayor is offering huge sums for police recruiting - it simply does not work like that.

There is more crime in the Mission, in North Beach, in the TL, and in other places and the City Attorney can look into these areas.

They recent ploy is simply to move huge segments of the popultion so that the 49ers can come in and build their stadium and shopping malls.

It is about re -peopling and in the mean time the City Attorney is spreading misinformation.

The City Attorney is not for the people:

He has gone out of his way to invalidate 33,400 signatures.

He is for the 3 CTs and does not care if people are adversely impacted in the thousands.

He is for discrimination against mostly Black Youth. Next it will be Potrero Hill and Public Housing is where more crimes and killings are on record.

He has done next to nothing when it comes to Cumulative Pollution near Oakdale and Navy Road.

The DTSC, EPA, other State agencies should bring this to the notice of this Racist City. Daily people are dying because the City Attorney is playing with their lives.

In fact the FBI should sue the City on Cumulative Pollution issues in the Oakdale Area. Here is a suit that anyone with some little money can take on the City and win big time.

The injunction against some of the youth is a ploy to hoodwink the constituents. We cannot be fooled all the time by the idiotic City Attorney who has his priorities all screwed up. Same Sex, Cts, Homeland Security, Targeting the vulnerable.

Joining the fray is Diane Feinstein who is as fake as the two inch make up she wears.
