Lennar agreed with the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). Rental units for the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point.

Affordable Housing was part of this legal document. This legal document has been changed in mid course. This is wrong. The community has been kept in the dark. The Media has not said a word about this ploy and how it came about. Evil plans are being discussed behind close doors by Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Yesterday, the SF Redvelopment Agency Commission amended the DDA. The rental units are out and into the waste paper basket. Most of what will be offered - Market Value for the rich.

Right in the middle of the game the rules have been changed. This is corruption of the highest order.

Diversity and constituents from Bayview Hunters Point that are not rich will not be able to participate in the benefits of the fake DDA. The people have been taken for a ride. The people have been cheated. The people have been LIED to by Mayor Gavin Newsom.

Where are all the advocates? Where are all the leaders? Where are the Black Pastors on this?

Kofi Bonner the weasel has been brought in to help Lennar and is now saying the construction costs have gone up 35%. Tought luck if it is too hot in the kitchen - flee and get out - now.

Well, you got the land for free, you got your clean up at the expense of the U.S. Navy - if you Lennar BVHP LLC do not like what you are getting - get out and stay out.

Lennar must leave now - they have the worst track record when it comes to building homes on toxic land, brown fields, land no one else will touch.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is prepared to created an Olympic Village and build homes on toxic land.

Helping him Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, the sell out Sophie Maxwel and mostly Black Pastors like Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, The Tabernacle Group - uncle Toms like Willie B. Kennedy, Karen Pierce, Olin Webb, Doris Vincent, Jesse Mason - Blacks that have sold out their community.

The facilitator a White Man - Saul Bloom aka David Solomon who lives in Marin and is given $386,000 per year for the next 3 years to do out reach. Have you ever heard of such nonsense?
Giving so much money to a White Man to do so much harm to Blacks and people of color that have an average income of less then $15,000 per year!

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a racist and has used this ploy to keep Lennar and passed this DDA without any focused community participation.

One Emergency Meeting was called regarding AMENDING THE DDA most of those that attended including myself - clearly told the Citizens Advisory Committee linked to Parcel A that we did not agree with this amended DDA.

All the same the crooks took it before the SFRA Commission and passed the amended DDA. Time will tell.

This Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom has destroyed our community.

He is now ready and poised to take over large areas of land in the Bayview Hunters Point - using Eminent Domain and other EVIL tools that SFRA have at their disposal. helping him the Director of SFRA - Marsha Rosen.

Thank God at this very late hour we have some leaders that will stand up with the community and some how address the EVIL ploys of the City and County of San Francisco aided by mostly Black sell outs that have no clue what is happening - like Sophie Maxwell and the Tabernacle Group.
