73 shot and kiled in San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom is still just talking the talk!

The Urban Terrorists is well and alive around Oakdale and Middle Point at Hunters Point and all over San Francisco where Law Enforcement has deemed fit to put hundreds of youth mostly young Black men on notice by created Urban Terrorists Lists.

The Urban Terrorists List is linked to Home Land Security and any excuse can be used to round up these youth, take them to jail and ruin their lives.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) is actively participating in this ploy to ruin the lives of hundreds of innocent youth.

Some of these youth have been in trouble before and many have served their sentences in jail.

This does not mean that they have to be treated like second class citizens. But the fact that San Francisco does and has joined the ranks of some cities - treating our youth and mostly people of color like scumbags is totally uncalled for.

The San Francisco Police Commission is NOT fully aware of this ploy. The SFPS is embarassed that the public now knows what has been going on. The Mayor wants large areas clean up and boarded up - the Mayor does not care about youth being thrown out of their homes and to linger in jail for years.


Sophie Maxwell the District 10 Supervisor has a role in these machinations and has blood on her hands.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a disgrace to the human race and should be ashamed that even though he was afforded a Jesuit education - he has failed to discern and brought disgrace because he has failed to understand and more feel - that those without opportunities should NOT be treated as second class citizens. Human beings are not treated with respect. The Mayor should NOT be respected.

The Joseph Lee Gym on 3rd Street was demolished during the Summer exposing hundred of youth to arrests.

Our youth on Kiska Road and the surrounding area do not have facilities to recreate and with zero extra curricula activities. Sophie Maxwell has no clue and is responsible for the increase in crime and violence all over District 10.

Now the crime and violence is pouring into District 9 and 11.

The Mayor has sided with AIMCO a property manager at Hunters Point.

At one time AIMCO was sued by the City and the City won. AIMCO was fined 3 million. Now, the Mayor wants to help AIMCO and working with some crooked fiscal brokers to remodel the AIMCO properties. AIMCO has a very bad record but now the Mayor has deemed it fit to work with AIMCO. The Mayor wants to give AIMCO millions of dollars through State funds.

The same with Lennar BVHP LLC another crooked developer.

Lennar is the worst developer in the Nation.

I get 20 to 30 e-mails from all over the Nation from strangers - telling me about the inferior homes and homes built on toxic land by Lennar. Yet, Lennar has a cozy relation with Mayor Gavin Newsom, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, and that evil Director of San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) - Marsha Rosen.

Mayor Gavin Newsom with the City Attorney saw fit to invalidate 33,400 signatures collected from constituents all over San Francisco. The signatures were collected to put a Ballot Measure for the the voters to vote to stop SFRA in the Bayview Hunters Point. The main issue the SFRA and the large areas set aside by SFRA in the Bayview Hunters Point under SFRA jurisdiction.

We the people will fight SFRA and Mayor Gavin Newsom. More Dennis Herrera the City Attorney.

The youth most Black are adversely impacted by Law Enforcement. They are impacted by SFRA and the Housing Authortiy - by policies created by Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies. Time will tell.

We all meet Monday, October 16, 2006 at NOON to reveal to the Public at Large the ploys of the crooks.

In the mean time over 73 people are been shot and killed mostly young Black men. By Monday the tally may be 75.

The Mayor talks the talk but cannot walk the walk. Time to send the jackass packing.
