October 16, 2006 a Rally of good men, women and children in front of City Hall

The City and County of San Francisco has a population of about 780,000. Most of the constituents of San Francisco are fed up with Mayor Gavin Newsom. 33,400 constituents sent Mayor Gavin Newsom a salvo - we do not agree with SF Redevelopment Agency and its ploys in the Bayview Hunters Point. Now, we demand and the demands will be made on October 16, 2006 at 12 noon in front of City Hall.

Again and again mostly poor people have been violated by Gavin Newsom's policies. Again and again we hear about Chicago. Well, let me state it for the last time this is the Foggy City and we really do not wan to act and think like the Windy City.

Gavin in young and has no clue about the Button Man. About the Racial Tensions that still prevail all over Chicago. Here is San Francisco again and again those that cannot defend themselves are treated with disdain and many that lived in San Francisco are leaving this City forever.

In the Southeast Sector Homeland Security Tactics are being used to lay seige on thousands of young men and women. Large list are available and circulated among Law Enforcement so that mostly youth are target and kept under complete controll.

The list could be termed " Urban Terrorists " and I have seen the list. It includes many home owners, pastors, other professional people, but mostly youth that have fallen prey to the evil ploys of this City and County of San Francisco. Gavin Newsom is behind this ploy and the Mayor's Office of Crimianl Justice Allen Nance. Sophie Maxwell - the District 10 sell out.

For a long, long time the Bayview Hunters Point did not appear in our Toursit Maps. We had to take the matter before the Human Rights Commission that started in the Bayview Hunters Point to bring this matter to the attention of the authorities. Nothing much has changed.

The Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier. What Gavin Newsom has been doing is creating ploys on one hand he feeds some " bread cumbs ", works with some sell outs like Calvin Jones, Aurelious Walker, Sophie Maxwell, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, the corrupt BVHP Project Area Committee, Dwayne Jones, and a host of other cronies mostly Black.

On the other hand youth that are intelligent but fallen on bad times because of lack of jobs, inferior housing, lack of extra curricula activities, total lack of recreational facilities, complete lack of health care, daily bombarded by pollution especially the work now going on Parcel A - part of a Superfund Site - daily the youth have to endure their unfair share of burden that is totally uncalled for.

The Main Press like the Examiner and Chronicle were slow to respond when over 33,400 constituents demanded that the SF Redevelopment Agency stop its plan to develop large areas as a Project Area.

There was NO meaningul dialog with the community. Lack of an Environmental Impact Report linked to sound a sound Transportation Document. No studies of Cumulative Pollution. The affected area directly and indirectly over 2568 acres.

Years ago the constituents through Propostion P demanded that the Shipyard be cleaned in toto.
This has not happend and should happen because the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is very polluted - it was on the Superfund List.

Lennar want to build over 1600 homes in the middle of Chernobyl that is parcel A. This is totally uncalled for. Lennar must be put on notice. Gavin Newsom is responsible for killing our children slowly by pollution arising from the work going on at Parcel A.

One has just to read the Final Historical Radiological Report linked to parcel A to find out how very contaminated this whole area is.

Yet, the City saw fit using Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Sophie Maxwell, Linda Richardson, and a host of other sell outs that went to Washington D.C. to convince the Under Secretrary of the Navy - that the people and City official be allowed to transfer Parcel A to develop.

Parcel A is surrounded by the worst contaminants and one should go and check out the sites. Parcels B, C, D, E, and F that is under the Bay and close to the Hunters Point is all contaminated and has been since the early 1950s. More with Radiological Elements.

The constituents of San Francisco do not trust Gavin Newsom.

Less, the San Francisco Redevelopement Agency (SFRA) with Director Marsha Rosen as its head. SFRA must be let go and kicked out of San Francisco.

This agency is created using Debt Financing as the foundation. SFRA was created to get rid of poor people and help certain chosen crooks as developers to do the Devil's work.

Gavin Newsom thinks he can just come into our community and build a Stadium - we do not care if it is with private money - it is the private money that bothers as the most.

The crooks that put Gavin Newsom in office are out to do the worst damage. Remember Gavin Newsom won by 4 points and that too because of Absentee Votes. Gavin Newsom did not get our mandate - and will not get our mandate in the future. Once beaten twice shy.

In the interim the Bayview Hunters Point has been targeted with all sorts of ploys.

One of them Communities Of Opportunity (COO) run by Dwanye Jones a Black and a sell out that lives in Oakland.

The former Director of the Mayor's Office of Community Develeopment that has resigned and now makes his home at One Van Ness, works with millions of dollars all private money, and has the full blessing of the crooks at City Hall - Gavin Newsom.

Gavin Newsom with City Attorney Dennis Herrera do not care about poor people.

Daily you hear reports of poor people treated like dirt. Our Single Residency Occupancy (SROs) hotels stink and are in poor condition. Thousand live in deplorable condition. Please go visit one and report to me. Added to the woes bed bugs.

Our youth in the Bayview Hunters Point have been deprived on the Joseph Lee Gym and the recreation facilities on Kiska Road.

Total lack of jobs and constantly told that they are not fit to work and looked down upon. So much for all the talk that is spewed by Gavin Newsom about opportunity and a caring bleeding heart.

List of youth listed as URBAN TERRORISTS are monitored complete with information about the colors they wear, the nick names they are called by, where they hang, every detail one could possibly figure.

Thousands of dollars are spent - mostly Over Time - treating our youth with disdain by Law Enforcement (LE) - mostly rednecks that do not live in our City but come here to make money.

FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES OUR SAN FRANCISCO POLICE DEPARTMENT IS DYSFUNCTIONAL. GAVIN NEWSOM LACKS LEADERSHIP - YOU HEAR HIM PUTTING DOWN THE SFPD - AND THEN ASKING FOR MILLIONS TO DO HIS BIDDING AS STATEd ABOVE - USING OVER TIME FUNDS PAID BY TAX PAYERS.

October 16, 2006 at 12 noon in front of City Hall is a good day to come hear very eloquent speakers talk about reality with authority.

October 16, 2006 is a day where each child, woman, and man will be enlighten.

October 16, 2006 is a day where the people will make demands. This is not about taking this SHIT anymore. We are fed up with the nonsense spewing out of City Hall and Room 200.

October 16, 2006 you will hear about Dennis Herrera and the 33,400 plus signatures that he invalidated. Post some crap on his web site with bold colors to mock the constituents. He that rides a high horse has a steep fall.

October 16, 2006 many will gather and remember this day as a Historical Day.

Come with good faith, strong constitution, good vibes, and join good children, men, and women of character.

We will be disciplined, through with our purview of all the falacies spread like a virus from Room 200 at City Hall.
