Lennar changes the rules in the middle of the game

The Dispostion and Development Agreement (DDA) is a legal document.

Lennar BVHP LLC took great pains to buy out some Blacks to expand the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) from 9 to 26 to create sub committees so that it could push the DDA. Lennar is the lead developer on Parcel A - the land was conveyed to the City, which in turn gave it to the SF Redevelopment Agency. Which in turn gave it to the worst developer in the Nation - Lennar BVHP LLC.

This is the same Lennar that clear cut over 400 mature trees on Parcel A. The City call itself a Green City and this all happened 6 months ago.

Over 40 meetings were held in one month to push the DDA and when the meetings were all over the SF Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) Commission approved the DDA. The Board of Supervisors went ahead and did not listen to the constituents and approved the DDA.

The Land Use Committee and the SF Planning Commission all did not listen to the people and went ahead and approved the DDA.

Now, Lennar sees fits to play the fiddle and wants the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point to dance to its music. It has hired a weasel Koffi Bonner to be its Project Manager on Parcle A.

Lennar desires all the units to be Market Price and has no place for any affordable units. The rental units once included are out the door. The poor have no place and in their place the filthy rich are brought in to take the place of the displaced poor - mostly people of color.

The Mayor behind the scenes want Lennar to build a Stadium and some shopping malls. Some times the Mayor feels he wants several stadiums. Then again he wants to build an Olympic Village. This Mayor Gavin Newsom is confused.

The area where all these plans are suppose to take place are polluted. Polluted with the most toxic elements one can ever imagine. Radiological elements that are now adversely impacting thousands and have over all these year from the 1950s. The whole area was declared a Superfund Site - only the worst of the worst sites are declared Superfund Sites.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is a Racist and thinks he can fool all the people all the time.

When over 33,400 signatures were collected to halt the SF Redevelopment Agency and the very large Project Area at Bayview Hunters Point the Mayor saw it comming - the people had spoken but the Mayor wanted to have his way. He had to fight the people - he did wrong to hurt the people that know what is best for them.

If this had happened in a White Neighborhood the Mayor would have gone with the flow. We few can not be bought. I have been saying this for a long time. Now, we will show the Mayor how to play basket ball - we will slam dunk the idiot and teach him a thing or two about hoops and hoopla.

It had to happen in a neighborhood of color and the Racist Mayor could not allow that to happen.
The racist Mayor could not allow - people of color to teach him a lesson in democracy. More with over 33,400 signatures. He had to follow the dictates of Richard Blum, Walter Shorestein, Nancy Pelosi, Marsha Rosen, Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, the vultures that deal with financing, you get the picture.

The Mayor has not seen anything yet. We the people have spoken and we the people will demand.

Now, it has been a long, long time since the people have demanded. When the people demand the Racist Mayor Gavin Newsom - will flee. Coward that he is.

Remember, the last time he had his City Attorney declare the 33,000 plus signatures invalid and the Mayor fled to New York. That is what he is - a coward. The man has no balls and does not have the guts to sit down with real men and have a dialog.

Soon the Mayor will see thousands gather and demand.

When this day comes the Mayor - will see fire works for the very first time in his life.

This will not be like the same sex hanky panky - tuty fruity party that the Mayor pretended he enjoyed. This will be a party that will rock his boat and his rocks.

It is wrong to invalidate thousands of signatures just because the Mayor feels and thinks he can do as he pleases in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The ass hole is not trusted and will not be trusted by educated folks. Only those mess with him that want bread crumbs. His days are numbered.

Enough is Enough.

Marsha Rosen will not have a single square foot in the Bayview Hunters Point.

The Mayor can dream about the Olympic Village but the nearest he will get in his dreams will be in bed with his significant other.

We know the man is a coward - who cannot play a fair game.

The SF Redevelopment Agency has never served the people.

It has always taken the poor for a ride.The SFRA is based on debt. The SFRA uses Tax Increment and High Density to make money. The SFRA uses Eminent Domain as a tool to steal land. The SFRA stinks to high heaven.

Lennar is changing the rules thinking that it can fool all the people all the time and imagines it has the Mayor's backing. Lennar is mistaken - the Mayor will fall flat on his face. Koffi Bonner will fall flat on his ass. We know the crooks - nothing good will come from them.

You cannot change the rules in the middle of the game and think the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point will agree. It simply does not work like that.
