The federal trial of Joe Fortt, which was scheduled for September 26,
2006, has been postponed until further notice

The federal trial of Joe Fortt, which was scheduled for September 26,
2006, has been postponed until further notice. Fortt's attorney is
seeking a medical evaluation to determine whether he's being provided
adequate medical treatment while in jail.

Look out for a subsequent alert from ASA regarding Joe's new trial date.
