Abdullah Whittaker, medical cannabis patient was arrested at the "Power to the Peaceful" Concert in Golden Gate Park on September 9, 2006 for alledgedly selling pot cookies.

Mr. Whittaker has many health issues, including diabetes, and has been denied his insulin and medical cannabis while incarcerated. He has lost at least ten pounds while in custody in the San Francisco County Jail.

Tom "the Nurse" Juzbasic
Pretrial Hearing

Tom Juzbasic was arrested in 2002 for alledgedly selling a 1/4 oz of cannabis to an undercover officer posing as a medical cannabis patient.

His first trial ended with a hung jury and his case is now winding it's way back through the courts after over fifty court appearances.

Michael Aldrich and CHAMP
US Tax Court Appearance before Judge Laro

Michael Aldrich has been subpoenaed to answer charges about CHAMP's tax status. It is feared he is being punished for being the director of the medical cannabis dispensary. More details T.B.A.
