A talk and multi-media presentation by Dr. Subhendu Ghosh. Ghosh will speak about how music and drama have served to promote communal harmony and strengthen grassroots people's movements in India. He will discuss his own experience in founding and directing the Pratidhwani song group for the past 25 years, now with branches in several cities and towns in India.

Ghosh is also a Professor of biophysics at University of Hyderabad, India, a Hindustani classical vocalist under Padmashri Ustad Hafeez Ahmed Khan, and cultural and social activist.
