IWW Rally to Support Shattuck Cinema Workers
Shattuck Cinema workers have joined the IWW and the Union called a rally to welcome them in and show Shattuck Cinemas (and their corporate owners Landmark Theatres) that this is no joke.
The IWW is having its General Assembly in Berkeley this weekend and called a rally for the Bay Area Branch's newest members at Shattuck Theaters. For more history and context about the organizing at Shattuck Theaters see:

Today's rally was very celebratory and I hope other attendees can add more details (who the funky folks on the fiddle and mic were, what the latest demands are from the bargaining team at Shattuck, aka substance).
