Mr.Marlen Crump attached in his own S.R.O. room by the S.F. Police Dept. in what turned out to be mistaken identy by the police, The abuse and
the attach now has Marlen fighting City Hall and the most corrutp and dysfunctional S.F. P0lice Dept.
