Public access channel 29 has become inaccessible

by a whistleblower
Public access channel 29 has become inaccessible.
Public access channel 29 has become inaccessible. Their rules and regulations, in essence, are scaring people away and shows have been dropped at an unprecedented rate.
Tapes have to be dropped off a week before their air dates and most shows do not get aired at their assigned timeslots. Complaints go unsolved, and employees quit three at a time.
