AJR36, our resolution to Bring our CA National Guard will be heard by the Veterans Committee on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16th at 2:30p.m., State Capitol Building, Sacramento.

We NEED your bodies!!! This resolution has to be passed by this Veterans Committee onto the floor of our State Assembly and Senate. We anticipate the pro-war veterans – those old, white, retired & starch-ly uniformed decrepit men – will show out in force. We need a STRONG presence for peace.

This hearing is a huge VICTORY in our State Legislature!!! Finally, after a year of hard work, cajoling, fighting, and other various a sundry contortions, we have a chance to tell the nation, California wants our guard HOME! Help make this moment herstorical!
