Supervisors have approved an ordinance, by a 3/2 vote,
regulating dispensaries in unincorporated areas. It is
pretty basic and treats dispensaries in very much the
same way pharmacies are regulated.

I just got the word out of San Luis Obispo that the
Supervisors have approved an ordinance, by a 3/2 vote,
regulating dispensaries in unincorporated areas. It is
pretty basic and treats dispensaries in very much the
same way pharmacies are regulated.
The ordinance will need to be brought back to the
board after staff makes some minor amendments.
