Sellouts in the Bayview adversely impact innocent constituents mostly in Public Housing

by Francisco Da Costa
Hundreds of homes are boarded up and constituents in Public Housing at Hunters Point told to move to other locations. Often it is like jumping from the frying pan to the fire. The City and County of San Francisco does not care about poor folks and those that need help. At the same time there are plans drawn to tear down Public Housing and build brand new housing for those that do not live there now. More housing for Whip Cream and those that can afford Market Price housing. Of course that would fit is nicely with the 49er City and the plans that go with it.
Some sell outs have it good in the Bayview Hunters Point working with the most corrupt including San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and its evil Director Marsha Rosen selling out the community for bread crumbs.

Plans are afloat to steal land from those that own homes now and build high density units, rake in money using Tax Increment and drive out thousands of folks that live in the Bayview Hunters Point and Visitation Valley. It was done in the Fillmore and now the Bayview and beyond.

Susan Leal from SF Public Utilities Commission and other corrupt forces have spent millions building the infrastructure to accomodate high density units.

More drinking water will be used from our Hetch Hetchy system without meaningful dialog with the impacted neighborhoods and the people of San Francisco.

The same with raw sewage it is all planned to go to the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plants situated in a neighborhood right in the middle of Bayview. Right now the neighborhood stinks - imagine the future.

All the sewage from Daly City, Colma, Brisbane, and Colma flow to the Bayview. SFPUC is making the money charging these customers and adversely impacting the constituents of Bayview.
