According to medical records smuggled out of Walter Reed Army Hospital, Chickenhawk Chief has been diagnosed with a total lack of brain function ever since Sept. 11, 2001. Instead, test results show that his depleted brain cells have been supplanted by repetitive replays of a fearmongering android who starts pre-emptive invasions by instinct.
