Godspeed the movie, (http://www.godspeedfilm.com) based upon the award winning novel of the same name by Lynn Breedlove (2001, St. Martins Press) is currently seeking the following crew positions listed below.

Executive Producer
--Primarily provides funding support for the production of the film. Works directly with the co-Directors to contact funders from an existing list. Credit & Copy, based upon mutual agreement and completion of funding goals.

Crafts Director
--Works with Director and PM to coordinate daily food needs for large crew/cast of approximately 35-75 people. Coordinate with donors the receipt of food supply to provide 1-2 hot meals a day on set. Vegetarian and omnivore meals preferred. Paid Position.

Assistant Casting Director
-- Collaborate with Casting Director to communicate with principal cast about rehearsals, shoots and transportation. Must have easy access to email, organizational and people skills a must. Credit, copy and meals provided.

Assistant to the Director
--Collaborate with Director throughout preproduction and film shoot to maintain organization of schedules, cast and crew. Assists with marketing, finance, locations and general crew support. Must have access to e-mail and be very organized. Credit, copy and meals provided. Possible deferred pay.

Extras Casting Coordinator
- Communicate production details and call times to casted extras. Convince/find additional extras to participate for needed roles. Need to be persuasive and organized. Credit, copy and meals provided.

Marketing Director
--Collaborates with Directors and Producers to make a multi-tiered grassroots marketing and distribution plan. Will work with Publicist and Web-master to ensure prominent publicity for the project. Assist with the development and design of promotional materials for the film's release. A background in publicity and art, preferred. Credit, copy and meals provided. Deferred Pay possible.

Transportation Coordinator
--Collaborates with PM and Directors to arrange, cast, crew and equipment to locations on time. Coordinates location schedules to ensure adequate and legal parking. Must be available for the whole shoot. Credit, copy and meals provided. Deferred Pay Possible. Must have auto insurance, please send recent DMV report.

Pre-production Interns
--Works with Director, DP and PM to build call sheets and schedules for film production. Perfect for someone who can commit to the whole film run and who wants to learn preproduction. Computer literate only! Daily access to Microsoft Office preferred. Must be available a minimum of 4 hours a week now, up to 30 hours a week during the shoot. Credit, copy and meals provided. Some Pay possible. Please send resume.

Production Assistants Per Department
--Each department, camera, lighting, crafts, locations, art will need between 2-4 Production Assistants per day, ideally you will work for most of the shoot. Perfect for students, film newbies or anyone just wanting to help!. Credit, copy and meals provided.

Grip & Gaffers:
--The Lighting and Electric Departments need Grip & Gaffers. Please send resume or filmography. Credit, copy and meals provided. Deferred Pay for Best Boy and Key Grip.

Script Supervisor:
--Works with AD and PM on the set to ensure continuity and correct logging of the shot. Possible Pay, credit, copy and meals.

Hair Stylist
--Our Hair Stylist will assist primarily in ensuring continuity on the set. Credit, copy and meals provided.

Godspeed Shoot Dates in San Francisco:
we are planning minimum 8 hour maximum 12 hour days:
Friday July 21, Sat July 22, Sun July 23
Friday July 28, Sat July 29, Sun July 30
Friday Aug 4, Sat Aug 5, Sun Aug 6
Friday Aug 11, Sat Aug, 12, Sun Aug 13
