The Museum of Craft and Folk Art currently hosts the exhibition "Will the Circle Be Unbroken: Four Generations of African-American Quiltmakers". The following programme is offered on Saturday 10 June 2006:
1 pm docent tour of the exhibition; 2 pm collector and quilt scholar Eli Leon will present the slide lecture " Models in the mind" examining the relationship between African-American improvisational quilts and African textiles. A quilt share will follow the lecture; programme attendees are encouraged to bring an improvisational-style quilt to show to the audience.

The docent tour, slide-lecture and quilt share are free with museum admission of $5 for adults; $4 for seniors; children under 18 are free. Museum members enjoy free admission.
