Join Meizhu Lui, Executive Director of United for a Fair Economy and co-author of “The Color of Wealth” for an interactive workshop on the racial wealth divide in the United States. Take a closer look at wealth distribution in the U.S., particularly along racial lines, and explore asset accumulation through your family history perspective. Examine present-day barriers to wealth accumulation and learn more about how public policy and programs influence families’ net worth.

This event is presented by St. Mary’s Center, the Transnational Institute for Grassroots Research & Action (TIGRA), the National Radio Project and United for a Fair Economy.
