Ramor Ryan's "Clandestines: The Pirate Journals of an Irish Exile" booklaunch

Ramor Ryan's pirate journals read like Che's Motorcycle Diaries infused with Hunter S. Thompson's wit and flair for the impossible. A shrewd political thinker and philosopher, with a knack for ingratiating himself into the thick of precarious situations, Ryan has been there, done that, and lived to tell about it.

Ramor is a rebellious rover and Irish exile who makes his home between Dublin, New York City, and the Zapatista Autonomous Zone. He'll be in town promoting his new book in early June, speaking about his experiences travelling the word's political hotspots at the AK Press warehouse with Eddie Yuen (New College professor, and co-editor of Confronting Capitalilsm) on June 8th.
