Bay Area Human Rights Activists report back on their
recent Delegation to Argentina & Uruguay. They
met with high officials in both governments & received
personal commitments that soldiers would no longer
be sent to the "School of Assassins" in Ft. Benning, Ga.

Trip leader and Latin American expert ANDRES CONTERIS
will lead the discussion of the histories of these
nations that became centers of facism & torture in the 70's - 80's.
Members of the delegation will report on the degree of
impunity and the role of the U.S. in facilitating
atrocities in the name of "national security doctrine."
