Eminent Domain and more in the Bayview we need leaders to take on the CROOKS

Eminent Domain has always been used to deprive poor people of their land.

We all remember how once the Railroad Thugs declared acres of land as worthless and then took it over as Eminent Domain. The Railrod Thugs were aided by powerful Senators and the Department of Intertior.

Many poor farmers lost their land and some lost their homes. Others were hung, shot, and their homes burnt. It is all in the history that real folks know about. Now history keeps repeating itself.

Hunters Point too was taken over through Eminent Domain for the War Effort. Eminent Domain has been used in San Jose and all over California. We all remember the Fillmore.

Now we have folks like Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, and Michael Cohen all helping to gentrify the Bayview Hunters Point. They are aided by inept, dumb, ignorant and very arrogant Blacks like Sophie Maxwell, Roy Wills, the ignorant BVHP Project Area Committee, Dwayne Jones, and Angelo King the BVHP PAC Chair the worst sellout. Other Black thugs that have been convicted - there is NOT one single supporter that has the support of the real community in the Bayview Hunters Point.

When Hitler once killed millions he was able to to that because people did not stand up for their rights and good governments did not come to the rescue of those that needed help in time.

We saw the same in Cambodia, Rwanda, Burma, and very recently in Darfur.

Some think we cannot make this comparison with Bayview Hunters Point - I make the comparsion all the time - because I know what I am talking about. Greedy developers will wipe out the community and especially the poor that need help.

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency is not about jobs - never was. It is not about giving opportunities to common folks - it gives opportunity to CROOKS.

Land and buildings are declared BLIGHT and then taken over by SF Redevelopment Agency.

Some think the recent amendments made by the SFRA will SAVE Bayview Hunters Point - it will NOT. Sophie Maxwell is behind these amendments and it spring from evil designs.

SFRA has never helped Bayview Hunters Point - in the past it has made money using Tax Increment and never used much in the Project Area - for example the shopping mall at Evans and the area around the Main Post Office on Evans Street.

On Tuesday before the BOS in Room 250 only the Amendments will be discussed and the BOS will
allow the constituents of San Francisco to speak.

Sophie Maxwell is a sell out. Marcia Rosen is the worst sell out. The BOS that are not for the constituents that need help and are sell outs - Aaron Peskin, Bevan Dufty, Jake McGoldrick and the others that will side with these vermin.

We need a Jesse James to rally the folks and stand up for what is right. It is history repeating itself and the folks in the Bayview have fallen prey to bread crumbs and keep selling their community - the sell outs are mostly Black and the House Negros that have NOT learnt much from experience. Again and again for break crumbs they adversely impact thousands.

Why does SFRA not go to areas where Whites live in San Francisco and play games?

It is all about the 49er City. SFRA wants Project Areas so that its employees can get FAT salaries. SFRA is a failure in Mission Bay and else where.

The San Francisco's Controller Office should AUDIT San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) but has not. I keep saying audit the bastards but no one wants to pay heed.
