“Peace and Pizza” featuring “This is What Free Trade Looks Like: the NAFTA fraud in Mexico, the failure of the WTO, and the case for global revolt” an activist media poject * Los Angeles., Friday June 9th, 7-9pm @ Straw Hat Pizza in Castro Valley.
Filmed in Cancun, Mexico on the occasion of the 5th WTO ministerial in September 2003. This is one of the first activist films to carefully examine how free trade operates.
Free event, all are welcome. Peace and Pizza is a monthly community event on the second Friday of every month showing movies you won’t see on corporate TV. Co-sponsored by the South Alameda County Peace and Justice Coalition and Code Pink Hayward.
