Greetings SoCal ASA Supporters -
One of the most valuable services ASA offers patients and their loved ones
is our free Know Your Rights Training on how to handle police encounters.
This fun yet intensive 3-hour training covers just about if not everything
a medical cannabis patient or caregiver needs to know about dealing with law
enforcement encounters.
SoCal ASA Peer Counselors hope to cover at least seven cities this summer
with your help.
How you can help - It's simple.
In order for this free training to be worthwhile we need access to the
following in each city:
A free, donated or greatly reduced fee for a conference-style room seating
50 - 100 theater style. (ASA is a 501c3.)
Patients willing to help promote the training in your area.
These are the cities where we would like to provide this training:
San Diego
Orange Co. possibly Santa Ana
Inland Empire
San Fernando Valley
Santa Barbara
Bakersfield
Morrow Bay
If you live in any of these areas and would like to help see the ASA Legal
Tour come through your community, please contact me at your earliest
convenience. Together we'll make Southern California that much safer for
patients and caregivers.
