San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and Director Marcia Rosen very corrupt

The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) is the most corrupt quasi-State agency in San Francisco.

The Redevelopment Agency is a source that adversly impacts millions all over California. Billions of dollars are leached by the Redevelopment Agency making many States, Cities, Counties very poor.

Here in San Francisco the SFRA has helped destroy the lives of thousands in the Western Addition.

Even today the SFRA will make promises but not keep them. It gives loans to those corrupt developers and businesses that share the corrupt philosophy of the SFRA.

At Mission Bay in San Francisco no clean up was done on thousands of polluted acres.

Millions of tons of toxic soil - the result of the San Fe rail activities was taken from the high ground and moved to the low ground and buried.

The exact site where sits the modern UC San Francisco Medical Center has the worst type of toxic soil buried under its foundation.

The UCSF building cannot use its basement because of toxic fumes and other harmful conditions tht make it difficult to use the basement. This building was funded by SFRA. Ask the developer how many jobs were given to San Franciscans? Find out how many millions was given to UCSF by SFRA? As much as $400 million if not more.

Ask USCF how many permanent jobs have been given to the resident of Bayview Hunters Point?
Some Black consultants and ourtreach facilitators have been paid by SFUC but that is just bread crumps. Some Black continue to sell out the community in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Again SFRA is not about jobs. SFRA is about taking land that does not belong to them, giving it to developers, and making money off the units or facilties. The land always remains under the jurisdicition of SFRA. You will never ever get a unit or home under SFRA where you own the land.
Some stupid Blacks will never get it - SFRA is about stealing and doing innocent people in.

Again and again the SFRA has kept out Samoans, Asians, and others out of meetings and a direct outreach. The SFRA will not send me notices because I take them out. The SFRA has not conducted due process. The SFRA has worked will the illegal BVHP Project Area Committee that has NOT conducted fair elections.

The Old Emporium Building was the original site of the Jesuit Church. It is a historic site and a Landmark. Now Bloomingdale will reopen at this site. SFRA gave Bloomingdale millions through the offices of Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.

The millions given to Bloomingdale will bring a few jobs not more then 10. In the mean time the developers were so arrogant that they promised to preserve the Landmark Dome but did not. They paid a penalty after this matter was brought up before the SF Landmark Committee. SFRA did not have much to say except to deny having anything to do with the matter.

Hundreds of crooks have been given loans by SFRA - you have to be a crook and have close connections with Marcia Rosen, Willie L. Brown, Jesse Blout, and Michael Cohen to get loans from SFRA.

Again SFRA has given Lennar BVHP LLC millions of dollars. SFRA will fund the SF Planning to do fake Environmental Impact Reports - a case in point the BVHP Project Area.

Today Lennar BVHP LLC wants to build 1600 homes in the middle of Chernobyl.

Recently some tests done on Parcel A which comes under the jurisdicitonof SFRA was found to have radiological hotspots. For sure the sewer pipes are broken because of age and the radiological elements have polluted the water shed. The NAVT conducted experiments and poured radiological waste down the sewer.

It will take Billions of dollars to do the clean up. If this had happened in a White Neghborhood there would have been a hue and cry. But where people of color live - some folks like SFRA do not care if they die a slow death.

SFRA does not care if the people that buy the homes surrounded by pollution die a slow death. That is what will happen if anyone buys, works, or has anything to do with Hunters Point. Stay away from that polluted area.

SFRA does not want to address the Cumulative Pollution in the Bayview Hunters Point.

SFRA has given Wille B. Kennedy who has been doing nothing much a contract in the thousands.
Willie B. Kennedy works for SFRA and does outreach linked to Hunters Point.

SFRA has defied the community and given Saul Bloom a White person that does not live in the community over $850,000 to do some fake outreach. Where is SFRA getting all the money to dole out to corrupt crooks like Saul Bloom?

SFRA is very corrupt and the sooner we get rid of this quasi-State agency the better.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has failed to monitor SFRA.

The more land SFRA takes the less money goes into the General Fund. Millions of dollars continue to be stolen by SFRA that we tax payers need. SFRA must go.

The TransBay Project is a joke. Again SFRA has tried to play games and is costing the constituents of San Francisco and the City and County of San Francisco millions of dollars.

San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and more Marcia Rosen is a very evil and corrupt person.

She will look you straight in the eye and lie. Time for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to step in. The SF City Controller should do an audit of SFRA and find out if what I have stated is true.

Many in SFRA make hugh salaries on the backs of poor people. The SFRA Commission is a joke and has been investigated by the Federal Bureua of Investigation.
