Sorry for the late notice, but we just got word that the city of
Seaside, CA is voting tonight on whether to adopt a 45-day moratorium
against permitting any dispensaries in the city.

Sorry for the late notice, but we just got word that the city of
Seaside, CA is voting tonight on whether to adopt a 45-day moratorium
against permitting any dispensaries in the city.
If you are in the area, please come out to voice your opposition to a
moratorium and, if the city is compelled to regulate dispensing,
encourage the council to develop an ordinance that is fair, reasonable,
and timely.
What: Seaside City Council will vote on a 45-day dispensary
moratorium, with the option of extending it for a full year or more
When: Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 7pm (TODAY!)
Where: Seaside City Hall, 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955 -

Why: To oppose a moratorium as unnecessary even if the city plans on
developing an ordinance regulating dispensaries
