In the face of the prosecution's determination to "win" Mumia's execution,
we urge you to join us on April 21st in Philly.

INTERNATIONAL MEETING IN SOLIDARITY WITH MUMIA ABU-JAMAL

-URGENT DEVELOPMENT-
On March 17th the District Attorney filed papers before the Third Circuit
Court of Appeals to formally reinstate Mumia's death sentence.

BE IN PHILLY THIS APRIL 21 TO TELL THE D.A. "HELL NO!"
Greet the French delegation coming to meet with Mayor John Street and to
visit Mumia. Hear Harold Wilson, an exonerated prisoner recently released
from death-row. Meet two sheroes of the struggle, Veronica Jones, who
testified in 1995, that she had falsely testified against Mumia in his
original trial as a result of police intimidation, and Terri Maurer Carter
who overheard Judge Albert Sabo say, "yea and I'm gonna help "em fry the
ni---r." [abbreviated term because some people have blocks that would
bounce the message back]. Get a legal update. Greet the French delegation.
Send off the U.S. delegation traveling to Paris for the April 29th naming
of a street after Mumia.
