Time:
3:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Event Type:
Protest
Organizer/Author:
Carl
Location Details:
there will be two seperate contingents. one starting from Petaluma High school (Fair St.) and one from Case Grande High school (Casa Grande Rd.). the two marches will combine at an undetermined location for a massive demonstration.

student antiwar march. open to all ages, but event is directed at youth. The march is being sponsored by the Peoples Revolutionary Organization and the newly formed Youth Against War and Racism, which is a student organization formed in Minnesota, with chapters in Boston and Washington state. we are demanding immediate, full troop withdrawal from Iraq, the demilitarization of our campuses and communities, and solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world who suffer under American imperialism. we are calling on all youth and students to join this march. we are taking this movement in a much different direction. THIS IS NOT A SYMBOLIC PROTEST. our towns are battlegrounds. April 28th will be an uprising, not a vigil. the time for quiet sign-holding and weak demonstrations is over. on April 28th, we will show our communities that we will fight them as hard as they fight us.
