The KPFA radio show Pushing Limits will be interviewing injured worker Barbara Clark, Dr. Larry Rose, the last doctor who just retired at CA-OSHA and Steve Zeltzer of the California Coalition For Workers Memorial Day http://www.workersmemorialday.com
The show will be on Friday April 21, 2006 at 2:30 PM PST on KPFA 94.1 FM. It will also be on the internet at http://www.kpfa.org
The April 28 Workers Memorial rally has also been supported by UA Local 393 in San Jose and the membership has voted to get one bus and possibly two to bring members and supporters to Sacramento on April 28th. The bus will start in San Jose at their union offices at and will stop in Oakland at SEIU 250 to pick up people.
The San Mateo Labor Council has also endorsed the Workers Memorial Day rally on April 28 in Sacramento at the South Steps of the Capitol at 11:00 AM.
Injured worker Larry Nign http://www.myscifstory.com who is in the film "Almost Broken" http://www.almostbroken.com by IATSE member and injured worker Christine Peitz will also be attending the rally in Sacramento.
