Bayview Hunters Point the Last Frontier and San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA).

San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) is not welcome in the Bayview Hunters Point. The constituents have appeared before the SF Planning Commission, the SFRA, the Board of Supervisors and told them in no uncertain terms that SFRA is not welcome in the Bayview Hunters Point.

There are a number of folks that are behind the ploys to destroy what ever in good in the Bayview Hunters Point. Leading the group of very corrupt folks is Marcia Rosen and she is the Director of SFRA.

She is followed by the Black, Sophie Maxwell a total sell out.

Jesse Blout and Michael Cohen follow and will do anything to help SFRA. Finally, Mayor Gavin Newsom has allowed thugs and folks with little knowledge on Economic Development to destroy what is good in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Much before any one set foot in San Francisco the Ohlone ruled supreme.

They were the First People of the area. There a number of Sacred Burial Sites in the Bayview Hunters Point. The most outstanding one left is the Bayview Hill.

Of course some one like the ignorant Sophie Maxwell could not care less about Cultural Resources - right now she is on her way out, cannot make up her mind, and is on the take. If SFRA has some intention to defile what is Sacred they will be in for some big trouble. I say this because I represent the Muwwekma Ohlone and have stated that Cultural Resources is an important factor. No good will come if one single site is defiled by the crooks.

Some few Blacks have no right to talk on behalf of the constituents of the Bayview Hunters Point. Especially those that do not live right now in the area.

Also, those Blacks that have been to jail and are always on the take.

The Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP PAC)is corrupt for the simple fact that it is a ILLEGAL body. Except for the first two years the rest of its existence it has been functioning as an ILLEGAL body.

Most Blacks on the BVHP PAC gives NO representation to the Asians, the Samoans, the Latinos, the Whites. Folks that live and have lived in the community.

Here we have a bunch of thugs working closely with SFRA. Most of them on the take and leading the pack Angelo King.

The man does not have a clue about Eminent Domain. Has no clue about Cultural Resources. Blacks did not exists in the Bayview in 1930. We had the Chinese and others but not Blacks. Over the years those that shout the loudest with little information and mostly uneducated on issues - have taken charge and worked with corrupt forces.

It all started in a big way when Willie L. Brown Jr. was in charge and the Mayor. Willie bought the Churches and the thugs and saw to it that every decency was swept under the rug.

There is not one single person on the BVHP PAC that is educated on Planning Issues. None of them has read the Transportation Document. None of them has read the Housing Element document. None of them has a through understanding of Planning. Most of them are sell outs and on the take.

Right now major changes are being made to the former South Bayshore Plan and some evil forces want to incorporate drastic changes that affect a whole area. A whole area bounded by Cesar Chavez Street to the North, US 101 to the West, San Mateo County to the South, and the San Francisco Bay to the East - some 3000 acres will be affected directly and indirectly.

At one time the Project Area incorporated zip code 94124. Now it is affecting zip codes 94134, 94107 and beyond. Thosands of housing units will bring in traffic that is already a mess in the area. More pollution that will affect Qualtiy of Life issues. The final EIR is fake but more a JOKE.

No one in their right mind is thinking about the following:

1. The proposed adverse impacts of the Illinois Bridge between Cargo and Marin Streets.

2. The two power plants that have been polluting the whole area for the last 70 years. One will
be shut down in August 2006. But in its place 3 Combustion Turbines will be placed. The few
making noises have been slow to condemn the 3 proposed Combustion Turbines. These will
emit very dangerous PM 2.5 and very dangerous pathogens.

3. The over 400 toxic hot spots all over Bayview Hunters Point.

4. The Superfund site that is Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. That includes Parcel A. Recently
toxic hot spots were found on Parcel A which comes under the jurisdiction of the SFRA and
the City and County of San Francisco. What do you say Mayor Gavin Newsom? What do you
say Nancy Pelosi? What do you say Grand Ma Diane Feinstein?

5. The Yosemite Slough that contains very high concentrations of PCBs.

6. The proposed Causeway to be built from US 101 to Hunters Point.

7. The lack of through Traffic Analysis all over Bayview Hunters Point not addressed in the
fake final EIR.

8. The Raw Sewage Treatment Plant and the spewing of pathogens and particulates.

9. The concrete, aggregate, and sand operations polluting the air, the water, and the land.

10. The lack of air pollution data in keeping with the new standards set by Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA).

11. A fake Environmental Impact Report by SFRA with no mention about Cultural Resources.
We have numerous Sacred Sites and Shellmounds that have not been studied.

12. There is not a word about Community Benefits, Open Space, Child Care, Health Care,
Crime and Violence, Housing, Youth Programs, and so on in the final EIR.

13. The BVHP PAC is ILLEGAL and has been illegal for a long, long time. If this matter is
taken to Court - a can of worms will be open. The SFRA pays the BVHP PAC and makes
fake promises.

14. The SFRA is about NEGRO REMOVAL - I have said that a thousand times.

15. Right now the constituents cannot dialog with anyone because they have no clue about
the South Bayshore Plan. Not even the BVHP PAC understands the plan. Most of
the Blacks on the BVHP PAC are ignorant and have NOT read the documents.

There was a time we thought we had a working Democracy and that people would participate in a process, fully informed to make good practical decision that benefit the majority.

There was an unwritten understanding that the constituents would be represented not sold out as Sophie Maxwell is doing. As Carole Migden is doing. As Mark Leno is doing. As Mayor Gavin Newsom is doing. Saying one thing to your face and screwing you behind. Disgusting.

In this case some misinformed Blacks think they will get jobs. The SFRA is not about jobs.

Once the SFRA gets the green signal they will take the land and give a hoot.

They did it at Mission Bay, they did it all over the City, they did it in the Western Addition and now they will do it at Bayview Hunters Point unless we fight the filthy crooks and have an Open Process.

We want Accountability and Transparency and we want it now.

The 49er City should go to hell. Recently Mayor Gavin Newsom has used the corrupt Carole Migden to introduce a Senate Bill to circumvent and help build the proposed 49er City by Candlestick Park. This is totally wrong. When the Press exposed Mayor Gavin Newsom he denied that he was avoiding the process. How can anyone introduce a Bill without having one single meeting with the impacted constituents? Carole Migden has always been sly - I suppose it comes with her way of living and behaving daily.

Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier. There are many important factors that have to be studied. Some Blacks that do not live in the community and are making loud noises.

Others that do not live in the community are focusing on one or two issues and not looking at the bigger picture.

I represent the Muwekma Ohlone of the area and I say the land was stolen.

The least that any one can do is respect the land. Respect the people that live in the area.

The First People have no respect for the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency and the City and County of San Francisco that works against the wishes of the majority of the people. After all this land was stolen.
