Judge Denies Motion To Quash Grand Jury

by Josh Wolf (mail [at] joshwolf.net)
On April 5, 2006, Judge James delivered her order denying my motion to quash the subpoena. I am still consulting with my lawyers as to what our next steps will be. A PDF file of the Judge's ruling is attached.

Thanks for putting forth all the effort of putting up a fight and doing legal research. How many of us would even know where to find a good lawyer.
Hopefully I suspect the truth of the matter is that almost all of the mistakes were committed by the police department (hence Chief Fong getting reassigning several commanders), and you don't know a lot more information about what occurred than was captured in the video.... some people went on a march, the police started trying to stop the march almost immediately. The police went back to the station and most people went home.

....by the FBI or the grand jury and you don't ahve a lawyer, you can contact the National Lawyers Guild. Inf ct you should contact the NLG ewven if you have a lawyer so they cna knwo what's going on.

check out http://fbiwitchhunt.com and http://fbiwitchhunt.com/grandjuryzine.pdf for a few ideas. remember, folks down in san diego recently refused to testify and were released because they would NEVER testify. grand jurys can only put someone in jail as coercion, not as punishment. so all they had to do was prove that they could not be coerced, that no matter the fact that they were jailed for refusing to testify, they never would. so their lawyers got them released because once they prove they cant be coerced, they are being punished. cheers.
