I am quite horrified to find out that SF District 10 Sup. Sophie Maxwell, as chair of
the Land Use Committee, placed the adoption of the BVHP Redevelopment
Plan on the agenda for March 29, 2006.

Sophie strategizes and starts the clock ticking... It is up to us to beat the the Doom's Day Bomb, and Bang4Change by ringing LIBERATION.

Wake up folks (if you haven't already, as so many of us did)
There is an intimate link in Bayview between crime and criminalization, in the deadly web weaved by City GOV. The criminalization of Bayview is just one of the threads spun by the Black Widow: Manager Mayhem, all geared towards eradication of the Poor Community of Color in BVHP.
Go for the Kill, Make no Prisoners, Terminators of the Gentrification God!

After an event at the Bayview Opera House on the parking lot 2 years ago, Sophie Maxwell whispered in my ear, scornfully pointing at 3 AfriKan American Homeless folks pusing a cart at the corner of Oakdale: "We got to do something about THESE PEOPLE". I had to catch my breath.... When did you join the "YOU PEOPLE" thugs, Sophie? What makes them not YOUR people? I' wont even try to qualify you with the "Internalized Oppression" excuse. Wrong Is Wrong.

Sophie, we elected you in office, placing our all our hopes and trust in you, based on the awesome reputation and track record of your fierce activist Mom Enola Maxwell ...little did we know...
It did not take too long for us to wake up to betrayal, in the same fashion as the 92% of us in Bayview who brought former DA Mayor Brown into power. Never did we dream that the adagio "Money and Power Corrupt" would apply to you both...

Yet in November 03, Idriss Stelley Foundation gave it another shot, in collaboration with Malaika Parker, Director of Bay Area Police Watch. Sophie's office worked with us for 3 months on launching a special "SF Racialized Policing Hearing" in 2005 at the Board of Supersivors Ruling Committee.
Bang. Officer Isaac Espinola gets shot and killed in Bayview. Sophie immediately stops that train, ducks and ignores us ever since.

Need we say more? Sophie supported the privatization of the shipyard, exhorted us to support Biotech at South East (Cool ! We can step up to pushing a broom from holding a flag at the light rail... Unless we have a Ph.D. to join the top notch team that will bring yet more deadly solvents into our toxic soil?)

"BVHP Development" Plan in Sophie's classist and corrupted mouth means "THESE PEOPLE got to go". In the meantime, we will tear at your deadly web, already quite lose at the seams.

Shame on you, Sophie. May God save your soul.
