LATINO PEACE MARCH-RAIN OR SHINE!/NOON RALLY UPDATE
Can you join us tommorrow rain or shine, Monday March 27 to support the Latino Peace March's final miles of walking from Tijuana to San Francisco? I marched with them and about a thousand supporters with incredible energy both in Watsonville and Salinas yesterday. WOW! Check out the video below!

UPDATE: THE NOON RALLY TO SUPPORT THE IMMIGRANT RIGHTS HUNGER STRIKE IS AT MONGOMERY AND MARKET (MOVED FROM CIVIC CENTER)
There are meetup points from 7:30am to 5pm, so find a time to join and definately make the 5pm Culmination Ceremony at Dolores Park. Bring raingear and umbrella (extras?) just to be sure. Will you pass this on to your friends and networks right away? It's a historic not-to-be-missed event!

OAKLAND:
7:30 am Fruitvale BART:
35th Ave and East 12th St, Near Int’l Blvd. (all day Parking available).
Walk through Fruitvale Neighborhood, arranged visits to churches (including a blessing of the March), schools, and community groups en route.
10:30 am Laney College, Quad (center of campus-- ask any student)
900 Fallon Street at 9th St, Oakland, near Lake Merritt BART
Join Laney College MECHA, Emiliano Zapata Street Academy Students, Headrush Chicano teatro, teachers, and community folks in welcoming the March.
SAN FRANCISCO:
12 noon Montgomery and Market St (changed from SF Civic Center) Montgomery BART
Join the Immigrant Rights Hunger Strike Rally at Feinstein’s Office
3:15 pm Dolores Park, across from Mission High; Final leg of the 241 Mile March through the Mission District, Joined .
5 pm Dolores Park, 18th St and Dolores
Culmination Rally & Ceremony for Fernando’s Son Killed in Iraq 3 years ago on this day.
Featuring: Aztec Dancers, Latino Labor Choir, Francisco Herrera, Teatro, Pablo Paredes, Fernando Suarez de Solar
