Support the Campaign to STOP Wolfgang Puck Cruelty

As one of America’s most high profile ‘celebrity’ chefs, Wolfgang Puck has had a huge hand in promoting both foie gras and 'white' veal among American consumers. It is widely acknowledged that these items are produced by some of the cruelest farming practices imaginable — practices so patently cruel that they have been outlawed in countries around the world.
Activists across the country are stepping up their efforts to convince Wolfgang Puck to remove foie gras and crated veal from his menus. By speaking out against veal and foie gras, you can help in the efforts to eradicate items of cruelty from Puck's dining agenda. In the bay area the following demonstration is scheduled:

Who: Wolfgang Puck's "Postrio" restaurant
What: Farm Animal Forum demo
Where: Meet at Union Square, San Francisco -
marching to 545 Post Street restaurant
When: Friday, March 24th - 7:00 PM
Why: For serving cruel foie gras

Demonstrators are also gathering outside of stops on Wolfgang Puck's book-signing tour in major cities to let people know about the blatant animal cruelty that Puck supports. It's a great opportunity to let the media know the truth behind foie gras and veal cruelties. Email campaign [at] farmsanctuary.org to find out if there is a demonstration being organized in your area.

Contact Wolfgang Puck directly to ask him to remove crated veal and foie gras from his menus!
