If you look closely, you can see a sign that says 'Imperial Mole' with a picture of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (GMA), the 'President' of the Philippines. A good number of folks were wearing black 'moles' on their faces as a sign of protest.

It looks like they were too busy with real things to be kicking anarchists out of "their" event.
