Celebration of the video documentary, "La Piel de la Memoria" or "Skin of Memory" with special guests Pilar Riaño Alcala and Suzanne Lacy. "La Piel de la Memoria" profiles a public art project in Medellín, Colombia, where youth and barrio residents created a public museum to reclaim their collective memories from the imposed silences of unrelenting violence. The video was produced in collaboration with project coordinators Pilar Riaño, and Suzanne Lacy, and produced by USF Media Studies professor Dorothy Kidd, and alumnus Francisco McGee.
