against the anti-immigrant bill HR 4437
soon to be voted on in the US Senate.
Sup. Chris Daly
and Sheila Chung of the Bay Area Immigration Rights Center
host a fundraiser

and tango dancing.
The bill makes it illegal for anyone,
possibly including social service workers,
to help an undocumented worker remain in the country;
and allows immigration officials to deport noncitizens without due process.
