Protest the Bush Regime's Homeland Security head Michael Chertoff's
Commonwealth Club appearance with THE WORLD CAN'T WAIT - DRIVE OUT THE BUSH REGIME! Friday, March 17, 11:15AM When a criminal of this magnitude visits to justify and defend the Bush Regime's massive crimes, he desrves a fitting welcome. It's an outrage they are sending him here. This is a time to resist. Michael Chertoff, a leader of the so called War on Terror is really acting on a license for a war against the people. We are seeing the racist disregard for the African American people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast before Katrina, during and especially now as thousand of refugees are being evicted from their FEMA housing this week. The perpetrator of these towering crimes now comes to San Francisco on the heels of these evictions to justify and explain this seemingly calculated murder and foul treatment of people bordering on ethnic cleansing. Chertoff's department of "Homeland Security = American Gestapo" oversees the FBI locking people up people indefinitely without attorneys and spying without warrants, the Border Patrol's foul treatment of poor migrant workers and the ICE (formerly INS) despicable immigration polices like the notorious special registration interogations and unfair deportations. This guy is carrying out the war on terror, suspending the basic rights of people, destroying international norms of human rights and the Bill of Rights. Come out Friday and take this on. There must be a public denunciation. Get with the Bay Area Chapter of THE WORLD CAN'T WAIT - DRIVE OUT THE BUSH REGIME! Call us at 415-864-5153 email us at sf@worldcantwait.org |
