McMierda's oppression is multifaceted
Advocating the complete removal of taxpayersubsidized McDonalds (aka McMierda) corporation from the Earth and replacement with bioregional worker/grower friendly collectives featuring multicultural healthy and tasty cuisine..
Recently the Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW) has organized a protest against McDonalds similar to the previous protests against Taco Bell. The CIW is protesting sweatshop practices in the fields where McDonalds produce (tomatoes) is grown, exposure to methyl bromide and otras pesticides, slave wages, etc..

Personally i feel that Coalition of Immokalee Workerers are way too easy on oppressive corporations like McDonalds (y Taco Hell tambien). In an ideal community, ALL McDonald's franchises would be permanantly shut down and replaced with a diversity of healthy bioregionally grown food fare from every cultural flavor, with iww unionized employee/grower teams..

Of course in making such a claim i'ld need to provide some evidence, so here goes;
McDonalds is already overly expensive for the lack of nutritional quality of the McMierda food they offer customers. For this same price a customer could go to a non-corporate alternative and get a far tastier, healthier and worker friendly meal. Unfortunately, McDonalds corporation tends to plant their franchise McMierda slinging outlets in many lower income neighborhoods, thus getting people hooked on their so called food (actually mierda). Driving out locally owned restaurants is also easier for McDonalds because of taxpayer subsidies, & their rainforest replacing imported beef (indigenous campesino diplacement, biodiversity loss, erosion, global warming, etc..) is also taxpayer subsidized..
The beehive collective shows how McDonalds cattle ranching operations take food away from people and ecosystems throughout the Americas..
"Next door in Montana, the land of cattle ranching, an enormous McDonalds larva is clutching an "ALCA Meal" as his happy meal. ALCA is the Spanish acronym for the Free Trade of the Americas: Area de Libre Comercio de las Americas."

So if McDonalds were left standing without taxpayer subsidies in a truly free market (instead of socialism for the corporate elite), this unfriendly mierda slinging corporate giant would fall flat on it's face..
"Using the USA as a model, let's look at the end results of 60 years of industrial agriculture, of taxpayers being misled or brainwashed into subsidizing corporate farms and industrial production techniques to the tune of $20-40 billion a year, of consuming increasing amounts of cheap
convenience food, and of allowing giant wholesale and retail monopolies (Cargill, ADM, Wal-Mart, McDonald¹s, ConAgra, Kraft, Monsanto) to control the food, seed, and fiber marketplace."

Who you callin' a McMierda eater??
Well, some people will gladly gobble down some packaged McMierda if you tell them enough that McMierda tastes good (and don't give them many other options either). Unfortunately for many living in lower income neighborhoods, McMierda, Murder King, Taco Hell, etc.. are often the only game in town..
"The most important implication of this finding for public health, says Karen Glanz, Ph.D., director of the Prevention Research Center at Emory University in Atlanta, is the evidence "there may be a greater supply of - or easier access to - cheap food, generally of low nutritional value, in less affluent neighborhoods.".
Last year, the same journal reported that in New Orleans, predominantly black and low-income neighborhoods had 2.4 fast food restaurants per square mile, while white neighborhoods had only 1.5. In that study, author Jason Block, M.D., mapped the placement of restaurants such as Church's Chicken, Pizza Hut, Subway, Burger King and Taco Bell."

This results in McMierda (& other fast food) customers experiencing higher rates of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity than their more well off neighbors who are fortunate to afford healthier alternatives..
Animal cruelty is another problem that will continue at McMierda even if the CIW can obtain a safer work environment free of pesticides and slave wages. The cruel treatment (debeaked, confined to cages, drugged on antibiotics, etc..) of chickens, cows, pigs and other animals are reflected in the higher stress levels of McDonalds customers..
"In Europe alone they use half a million chickens every week, all from windowless factory farms. All such animals suffer great cruelty during their unnatural, painful and short lives, many being kept inside with no access to fresh air and sunshine, and no freedom of movement - how can such cruelty be measured?"
