More info on Angel Raich's arrest by a federal agent

Yes, I was arrested for "Non-Conformity with Verbal directions of a police
officer." Which was not true. I did, I just was not doing it fast enough
for him, so he got mad and arrested me. Damn federal agents. The guy that
arrested me was a federal agent, not one of the security guards. I really
was not trying to get arrested. If anyone there has any photos or videos of
what happened I would love to have copies for court. I was yelling at the
feds because of what they did to Gary and telling them they should be
ashamed of themselves, and yelling through the bullhorn telling them they
need to stop arresting sick people, saying I am yelling at you, and I will
be happy to teach them a lesson. I saw once agent in the window by the
front door writing something down, and then using his cell phone, I say, I
see you and what are you going to do about it. Yes, I am yelling at you
what are you going to do about it, you are all bullies, we may be sick, we
may be dying, and we may be disabled, but we are not scared of you. That's
right I am not afraid of you. Then this federal agent came up to me and
said you need to have a permit to be here on federal property, so I started
walking back towards the sidewalk and yelling through the bullhorn, what the
officer told me, saying so where do I get this so called permit. The next
thing I know is I am being grabbed really hard, being strong armed by this
federal agent as he pulls my right bad arm up between my shoulder blades
really hard and squeezing my little wrist with his hand, he was hurting me.
I told him I was not resisting and to stop hurting me, I said I am disabled,
and you are hurting me bad arm. I had to say that 4 times before he
loosened up a little bit.

I did not remain silent, I made a comment to him that I was doing what he
asked by going back to the sidewalk, it was not my fault I could not walk as
fast as he wanted me to. I told him I would fight this citation, and that
was about all I said to him about my arrest. I continued to tell him how
wrong there were for doing raids on sick, disabled and dying people. He
search me, making comments, like, I guess you do not have any weapons in
your pants. I had tight pants on. He never called a female officer to
search me. I told him that if they keep me for more than two hours he is
going to have to let me use cannabis in the federal building, because I will
die without it, unless he wants to be responsible for my decline in health
and even my death. He said, you will be out of here in 20 to 30 min. You
know me, I gave them a big learning lesson on medical cannabis patients. He
then told me that I should be following the federal law. I told him his
federal law does not apply to me, because I have a medical necessity to use
cannabis.

It went on. He hurt me pretty bad by strong arming me, and I had to go see
Dr. Lucido.

I am going to fight the charge and I may ask for damages too for hurting me.
I will have to appear in court within the next 50 to 60 days in federal
court in San Francisco. I do not know what I am going to do, I have to pay a
$125.00 fine and I need to hire an attorney. Do not know how I am going to
pay for it. I may have to use a public defender. I may see if I can find
someone to do it pro-bono. I did not have my cannabis on me it was in my
bag, which was sitting on the sidewalk were all the activists were standing.
So I did not get arrested for possession. Tell you more later. I am not
feeling well, and need to rest. I have to figure out how to find the money
for an attorney, maybe I should use a public defender. I do not know what I
am going to do.

returning to the sidewalk. When I tried to go inside to see what was up and
give you your bracelet, the security guard would not let us in and he made
us call the office."

Thanks for your support. I am not sorry I was arrested, just sorry I got
hurt and sorry I have to now find the money for an attorney.
