Haiti: Unofficial and partial Senate election results

Unofficial Senate election results - please note it is difficult to vouch for the accuracy of these partial results because no one seems to be clear about how many percent of what totals are needed to be elected in the first round. Based on my interpretation of the electoral decree I am assuming the equation is as follows:

In each of the ten departments:

Take the total number of valid votes cast on the Senate ballot papers - remember voters were asked to vote for three candidates.

Divide that total number by three. This gives a number approximating to 100% for each of the three seats.

Divide that number by two to give a 50% figure. To win on the first round a candidate must score at least this figure.

If no candidates score this 50%+1, then the top six candidates go into a second round in which the best placed three will be elected.
If one candidates scores this 50%+1, then the next four best placed candidates go into a second round in which the best placed two will be elected.
If two candidates score this 50%+1, then the next two best placed candidates go into a second round in which the best placed one will be elected.
If three candiates score this 50%+1, then there is no second round.

(Note: For the three Senate seats for each department, the most succesful/popular candidate will serve six years, the second most succesful/popular candidate will serve four years, and the third most succesful/popular candidate will serve two years.

So far, according to the Provisional Electoral Council web site, with between 80-90% of Senate votes tabulated - so these are not definitive results, just projections:

North-East
Elected in first round: One Fusion candidate (Rudoph Boulos)
Second round off between two Alysans candidates, one Fusion, and one PONT.

North-West
No one elected in first round
Second round off between three MIRN candidates, one OPL, one Alyans and one PONT.

Artibonite
Elected in first round: One LAAA candidate (Youri Latortue) and one LESPWA candidate
Second round run off between one LAAA and one MOCHRENA.

Centre
Elected in first round: One LESPWA candidate
Second round off between two Fusion candidates, one LESPWA, and one KONBA.

West
Elected in first round: One LESPWA candidate and one RDNP candidate (Myrlande Manigat)
Second round: details not available

South-East
Elected in first round: Three LESPWA candidates
No second round

South
No one elected in first round
Second round off between three Union candidates, two Fanmi Lavalas, and one LESPWA.

Grand Anse
Elected in first round: One Fusion candidate, and one OPL candidate
Second round run off between two LESPWA candidates

Neither the North or Nippes departments have enough votes tabulated to give any clear indication of the possible result.
