Walker buscaba a otro y mató a Rudy Cardenas.

March Against Police Brutality and Prison Torture
March to the San Jose Police Department

Friday, February 17, 2006
1:00 p.m.

Meet at St. James Park
First and St. John Streets in San Jose

On February 17, 2004, State agent Michael Walker murdered Rudy Cardenas. Walker had mistaken Rudy for another. Sadly though the racist mostly white jury declared Walker not guilty. The community continues to believe that Walker is guilty and the community will never forget. This march is to remember all those victims that were killed, beaten and brutalized by police enforcement, state agents, prison guards and county sheriffs. This march is for victims to testify against the brutality and torture by law enforcement! YA BASTA!
